Nice and comfy. Me a friend of mine found this hotel by chance and we were very happy about the set up of the bath and with goof access to public transportation and taxi are available 24 hr. Few steps ahead you can find mini markets
It seems that it is a new hotel. Very well decorated, with good breakfast and meal, clean and truly well located for the people are coming for the first time in the city. If I visit again I will definitely stay again as the location is ideal.
Stayed five days there.Nice building and nice lobby area. The location is central, you can visit on foot, several must to see areas as konak and clock tower square in about 15 minutes, the nice promanade in about 10 minutes and Alsancak in about 30 minutes. From airport you can reach the hotel using Havas buses dropping off at Basmane.Inside the hotel now, there are many areas to sit for coffee or relaxing,a nice breakfast room with very bad outside view.and 2 large elevators. The rooms are spacious a with a large lcd tv with many, mainly Turkish channels, safe box, strong and fast wifi, confy bed with unexectable pillows,a working table,a sofa and closet of course. The bathroom is also spacious with bathrobes and slippers.Negative points are the fact that we had to ask 3 times for a second pair of bathrobe and sleepers, the breakfast is one day fool and the other is empty and the quality is not always good and the fact that we had to pay the whole reservation when we checked in.The internal pool is excellent, unfortunaly not heated and the sauna is good.At the end i must notice the exceptional cleanliness of the whole place.
A fine hotel with friendly staff and a average quality of rooms although the poor WiFi signal and breakfast it's kinda disappointment I would recommend it if you stay for a night or 2 and u are on vacation if you are planning to stay more then I wouldn't recommend it
Located on the main street among many other hotels and with a convenience store right next to it, and the airport half an hour away, this hotel can boast of a great location. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. While we were a group of about 20 people, the hotel was otherwise empty. To take the elevator, unfortunately you have to take a short flight of stairs - a ramp would have helped. The room and bed were spacious with full length mirrors, a minibar, free Wi fi, bathrobe, bathroom slippers and toiletries. There was only one pair of bathroom slippers and one bathrobe -we called the reception and were immediately provided with another pair. I wish they had a teamaker though. However, there are lots of cafes outside and we decided to go there for tea. The dinner was a set menu- chicken for the non-vegetarians and spaghetti for the vegetarians. The restaurant was almost empty other than our group and a couple of guests. The kitchen staff were probably unprepared for a big group and took time with the service, but were extremely courteous. The breakfast thankfully was a buffet with choices for everyone. The streets outside offered plenty of shopping and dining options -so one could explore these as well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there.
My husband and I spent our day in Ephesus and Mary's house, we were dressed in t-shirts and jeans... We were tired and decided to head to Izmir where we are spending a few nights. If you're not dressed in a fancy suit and tie expect to be treated like dirt. They couldn't find our reservation after we gave them our confirmation code and then they didn't have any rooms left apparently. When my husband gave him the last name all he said was "nope I don't see it" and didn't even try to help find it. Finally after thirty minutes with our upset toddler they "found" the only available room with two twin beds that we did NOT reserve for our family. They were so rude and un-accommodating. We thought we were coming to a good hotel but everything in our room is broken and falling apart. Our lamps and air conditioning didn't even work. There was even pee left in the toilet and toilet paper crammed inside of the toilet paper roll. I would stay far away from this dump! Unless of course you look ""rich"" then they'll accommodate you.
I was taken aback by the professionalism of the staff (unlike other reviews),the ones I dealt with couldn't have been kinder or nicer. The room was very spacious and comfortable.Ideally located to the fair grounds for those on business and near the various bus /coach offices for those traveling round Turkey. The only thing needs improving is the breakfast which while plentiful doesn't cater for the healthy conscious. The internet worked extremely well although on one day it was not available due to technical problems, but to be fair this can happen everywhere.highly recommended
Not a welcoming hotel, very sterile .There was no choice for dinner. The first nights meal was cold as was the sauce.Didn't wait for the dessert.Breakfast a good standard. We didn't eat in anymore but went into town.,
Standard service in a best price . It is in a good location, near the center. It is the forth time I visiting this hotel, and keeps the same level of service . The only problem is the wifi connection. It has no connection in some places, and must always put several codes to connect
We came here for a business presentation and planned on staying 24 hours. The Ontur was arranged for us and frankly good job folks. The rooms are wonderful, the size is large with nice comfortable beds. The Service was magnificent from the management to the cleaning crew. Room service was timely, the food was hot and very good. With more trips planned in the future we will be happy to stay here anytime!
