Absolutely beautiful hotel. After checkin we headed straight to Disney via shuttle Shuttle drivers were extremely rude On midday return, went to wrong location, arrived at bus shuttle 1 min past dept time ( with plenty of room on bus) and bus driver shook her finger at us and would not let us on. We decided to walk back to hotel, 1.9 miles turned into 3 miles and finally getting taxi back to hotel. Tired and hot got back to hotel, they didn’t tell us air conditioning was not working, REALLY Took bus back in the evening back to Disney and heard from other guest how rude the bus driver was to her group. Rooms were very nice, we slept with window open and it was comfortable. To hotel: At checkin let guests know air conditioning not working Work with bus companies about mean, cranky drivers
Our family stayed at the hotel for Disneyland Paris and for shopping. The shuttle was great and the hotel staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend
Everyone was so kind and helpful. Made our stay an excellent one. The food and service at the restaurant was also very pleasant. The only suggestion I have is to clean the showers better, I noticed a corner had some mold in the caulking. Other than that everything was great. I liked that there’s a mini fridge, amenities, and a free shuttle to and from Disneyland. Location is convenient as well since there’s a mall across the street and a train station close by.
