Ramada Ithaca Hotel and Conference Center

Perfectly adequate. Room was comfortable, breakfast was fine. Did not get to use the pool, as my stay was short. On the whole, no complaints. Not a bad drive into downtown Ithaca (~10 minutes).

Place has a very loud air conditioner. The bathroom is in desperate need of a face lift. Forget the business center, it does not exist, as it is shared with the lobby.

Very old and not well kept. Unlocked entries all around hotel meant not safe. Toilet ran for 10 min after each flush. Literal hole in hallway floor covered with carpet and an "uneven" floor sign. Cancelled future Ramada stay as this was so bad.

This was a very mediocre hotel with a staff that wasn't very helpful or easy to access. It is need of remodeling.

Needs lots of updating. Chairs were loose. Iron fell apart when I picked it up. Constantly fixed light bulb in bathroom etc. etc.

The hotel location is ideal, the property need renovation badly. The staff was very kind and accommodating

Seriously outdated. Smell of dampnesss and mold throughout. Worn furniture and bedding. Rusted light fixtures. Broken lamps. No extra pillows or blankets available. Not clean . outrageous price given the condition

Stayed here as a poor student years ago and it was adequate. Back as a a non student and it feels more like a tolerable spring break crash-pad than a hotel. Staff took a personal call in the middle of my check-in to discuss work schedules. Room was dusty. Humid and smelled of chlorine and cigarettes because it was next to the laundry facility where employees took their smoke breaks. TV was basic low-def with no premium channels. Coffee in-room but no complimentary breakfast to speak of. When I mentioned the hotel to locals they were surprised to learn it was still in operation. Price was dirt cheap. I would recommend staying here to students and large groups. Families should go to one of 3 other hotels within 1000 feet.

Not a bad place to stay, but I usually don't spend much time in the room.

After receiving our room key, entered the room only to find it was already inhabited. Thankfully, no one was there. Mold on bathtub, items falling apart & needed maintenance. The whole place just looked tired.

Fine for an overnight stay in Ithaca. Nothing fancy but basically clean and all right.

A pretty ordinary place, except for the insanely long corridors. It was about a 6 minute walk from the desk. Bathrooms were a bit older than usual, but otherwise it was unmemorable.

We took our son to visit Cornell & this hotel is nearby & value is excellent

Overall our stay was very nice. The air conditioner unit could have been a little less noisy.

Accomodations were adequate. Since this was a business trip, I expected to do some work in the evening. However, although it was advertised, WiFi was not available. I notified the front desk, and was told that the router would be reset, although this was not helpful. Disappointing

The hotel is large and spacious but there was no coffee left with the coffee maker, the shower did not drain, the toilet was slow to flush. The heater was the old fashioned kind that makes alot of noise.

Probably my only complaint is I didn't feel like the room was up to my standard as far as cleanliness, shower head needed to be replaced.

The hotel was in a good location near eateries and nearby the highway. The room was clean and the bedding was clean/bed comfortable. The staff was just okay, no perkiness, which I prefer. Overall, no general complaints about the hotel and our stay.

WE were pleasantly surprised at the convenience to Ithaca College. The beds and pillows were great and the Sunday Brunch is wonderful - very surprised at the low cost, quality of the food and excellent service.
