Hallways dirty Smelly lobby Outdated not the Ramada I know

Check in took a while despite being only one in line and three front desk associates. 1 was helping costumer on phone. Two others more consumed with training than the customer waiting. In room, my alarm clock went off at midnight and 1:30 am. Something that should be part of room procedures.

It is the location close to the Cornell University

My husband works in Cortland and often stays there when he has to work a lot. They always treat him great and it's a comfortable stay.

This place was cheap and you get what you pay for. Nothing new and fancy, but not extremely dirty. Great location for what I needed.

Like many others in this area, this hotel is an old property with desperate need to update. We booked this to take our daugther to school in Ithaca. All hotels in Ithaca were sold out months in advance. That's why we ended up on this one. I would not choose if I had other options. It did the job for the 3 nights we needed.

Only stayed one night but everything was good. Staff was friendly and helpful and location was close to where we wanted to be. Might need some updating but had a very good nights sleep.

Very happy with the room. Was very quiet. Restaurant specials were very tasty.

This hotel is just so so. The internet was so slow that I had to wait a few minutes just to have the page loaded. I called the front desk and their excuse was that there are many ppl on the net. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Let me start to say that the bed was very comfortable. The hallways were dirty, the rooms were old, but okay. The hotel needs to be updated.

Needed a hotel room at the last minute at 10:30 at night and had no problem booking online and then checking in an hour later. Did not have sheets for pull out bed and had to wait for a bit at midnight for sheets. Also, a little disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast.

The Ramada was fine-nothing special. The bath tub had a funny smell and the paint was peeling in some places, but overall the room was fine.

We were given room which had noisy AC, dirty bathroom and broken door lock. The regular room face the pool (no privacy) and has no sunlight. You can hear people talking in the next rooms. Opt for executive rooms.

I set my daughter up in this hotel because of its location ... lower fingerlakes in the autumn!! Her stay was "delightful and relaxing" ... room was clean and staff was pleasant... overall, she would book this hotel again!

I will start by saying we usually stay at Marriott properties so maybe I'm spoiled, but.... Our stay at the ramada inn was something we won't repeat unless we have to. The room was cleaned but it had a bad smell near the window drapes, the rugs are old and puckered. The light over the bathroom vanity didn't work, I did not report it since our stay was just 1 night. Bottom line the room was only 89.00 and the other hotels were sold out so I'm happy we had a place to stay, but we definitely got what we paid for and no frills.

Front desk woman was rude when we checked in. Called housekeeping and asked if 184 or 185 were ready. We got 184 and I don't think they were finished cleaning it. We found a huge toenail clipping next to the bed and a "down THERE" hair in the shower. Upon checkout, the same rude woman asked how my stay was... when I began to tell her about the things we found, she interrupted me and said "You prepaid so you're good to go, have a nice day," and looked down.

The room was dirty, with what looked like blood stains on the carpet. In fact the carpet was so dirty that it ruined my white socks!! Truly, for over $120.00, I was very disappointed.

Friendly front desk even though we checked in when they were busy. Check in very smooth with Orbitz reservations in place. Room had a slightly stale smell. Hallway carpeting unsightly. Room, however, was comforfortable and was actually cleaner than a major hotel we had stayed at the night before.

The hotel was simply a place to sleep and decompress; however, cleanliness of the room was severely compromised (tub did not drain well, carpets were not vacuumed well - if at all, drapes and curtains were torn and soiled, etc.) The pool was a disappointment (only 3 feet deep). We only swam once and that was enough - water was very cloudy and a LARGE wad of hair floated to the surface when we swam. Being indoors, it was very stuffy! Having been a hotel that allowed pets, stained carpets were obvious. The entry to the hotel was very musty and again, the cleanliness was an issue.

Bed was comfortable.
