Great location. Very unique amenity in that they provided us a phone with SIM card to use for free during our stay. This included free phone calls and GPS for getting around town.

Was amazing stay. The staff were great and always willing to help. The rooms are perfect and the location is great. Will highly recommend to stay here in all aspects. We got uppgrade for being vip in orbitz it was great.

Clean, friendly, convenient to sites and transportation. Had a very good breakfast. Would certainly stay here again

Pros: Comfortable beds! Modern decor. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff at reception. Cons: A bit far from all of the things we wanted to see and since we were there during a heat wave, walking was not always an option. The breakfast was also disappointing and the coffee (a Nescafe machine!) was horrible. Not the best way to start a day of sight seeing!

The Tribune hotel is a clean, modern, updated hotel with an attentive staff and simple but lovely breakfast. It is out of the hustle and bustle in the heart of Rome just outside the Borghese Gardens, and a 15-20 min walk or bus ride from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There is also a small grocery store and ATM nearby—a few min walk away. They thoughtfully provided a small fruit basket and a ticket for a glass of Prosecco at their 4th floor lounge in celebration of my boyfriend’s birthday. Never made it to the lounge but I heard it was nice. Also, I ended up needing to see a MD and they arranged for their hotel concierge MD to come by the following morning so I could get a much needed prescription filled before leaving Rome the next day. Great service from the staff—would stay again!

The location is farther from the city than advertised. it took us 30 minutes each way walking uphill to get back to the hotel from Trevi area Barberini and Reppublica train stations are closed for renovation My purse and money I have left on the bed has gone missing when I raised the issue this issue the cleaning manager started lifting the materace and moving furniture, the purse turned up and was pushed and pinneed behind the headboard! This kind of incident clearly happened before and they knew where to search the money was still gone regardless of leaving messages to speak with the manager he never responded afterwards and was not available, they were not even willing to check the cameras and get back to me Not to mention they tried to make it seem it like I lost it and after kept decorating pillows on top of wardrobe instead of my bed .. completely unacceptable to treat guests this way i would never come back to this property or recommend it to anyone there are tones of hotels in the city that are probably closer to desirable locations for the same or better price

Enjoyed the balcony, cleanliness, and the warm staff welcome. Breakfast was awesome

Amazing staff! Very helpful and kind in respect to answering any questions I had about Rome. They take good care of you!

Great location. Modern decor and very convenient location. Friendly staff that was very helpful.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Highly recommend it. Near a lot of the important monuments. I will stay here again when I return to the eternal city.

Awesome hotel next to the Borghese Park. Wonderful breakfast included with our stay and set us up for a morning full of sightseeing. We were 4 in a deluxe room and they had a sleeper sofa and rollaway, perfect for our family. We loved our stay at The Tribune!

Great hotel in a quiet area and great amenities including rooftop bar restaurant.

We had a great stay at the Tribune. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Location was within walking distance to many sites. The Manet cell phone that was included with the room was a great idea. We look forward to staying there again.

When we asked for suggestions or help with directions or securing tickets (which the welcome email recommended we do) they seemed annoyed and bothered. They definitely gave the impression they needed to hurry us up because they had better things to deal with. They were not rude, but just not as helpful or approachable as other hotels I stayed at in Italy.

The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure that our experience was memorable. Even when we left very early for tours and our flight back to the US, they packed us a “to-go” breakfast. The staff really made our trip! The rooms are so clean, and the free breakfast was great! It is conveniently located minutes from the Borghese Gardens, and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Make sure that you stay here when you visit Roma!

This hotel had a very friendly staff it was very clean but it was on the small side overall I would definitely recommend a friend. For breakfast there was a complementary breakfast that consisted of hot and cold food cappuccino fresh juices all the cocktails were made fresh squeezed juices fresh ingredients and the finest of detail with going the extra mile.
