Nice location, good service, tidy, large rooms, high quality, deserve what you pay couz you will find everything you need in the room and delicious food. Near the tram station so it is easy for new visitors.

Amazing hotel, Very good location, everything you may need is around you, opposite to metro station. Staff are friendly and welling to help. Room was clean. I really liked it. And if I decided to visit Istanbul again, I will definitely stay in Ramada plaza hotel.

the biggest problem is the internet connection, works very bad and everytime yu say because htel is full... then solve it!!!! means you have cashflow. then sometimes your floor staff enters in the room when host still inside, in a very rude way also... solve this two aspects and I will come back

hotel is very well located . breakfast was nice and suitable . there were just two negative things to talk about : poor internet connection & lack of staff in reception to answer costumer needs which made any individual to stay for minutes in front of them !!

This is the third time I stay at Ramada Istanbul at Osmanbey. I continue to stay there due to the fact that it is just at the door of the metro station. The staff are so friendly and professional, this time I had a better experience. Note to self: always ask for a quite room, I forgot to ask for a quite room and ended up with a room looking at the Main Street, it was difficult to have a good night sleep with all the traffic and horns.

The staff so helpful, location is near to Osmanbey station and you can get taxi easily, all facilities are available and food is delicious and everything is available, also you can ask for non-smoking rooms.

Friendly environment nice lobby lavished breakfast room are very spacious lift is smooth room service are excellent location is vey attractive overall will environment are vey joy able good house keeping

I am very familiar with Istanbul. In a year and on average I would go there for 6-10 times. This was my first stay in Osmanbey, and my first stay in Ramada Plaza. I was exceptionally impressed with my stay and felt right at home with an exceptionally comfortable stay. Lobby is located on the 1st floor. (GF is reserved for McDonalds). Check in was a breeze. It took me 10 minutes to get into my room. I arrived at 1600. I was greeted by Ozgur (Guest Relations) an exceptionally nice lady that made me feel right at home. She actually checked up on me twice after check in just to make sure all was OK. Rooms are nicely appointed with all needed amenities. Bathroom was a bit tight, which is quite normal for Istanbul. Beds are very comfy with a choice of pillows to use. TV channels are abundant and cater to all needs with English Channels. Mini bar was properly stacked with 2 complimentary bottles of water that are renewed everyday. Coffee and tea facilities are available in the room as well. The hotel staff is courteous attentive and would facilitate all your needs. Rooms were cleaned in a timely matter and you are also offered a turn down service before going to bed. Unfortunately the Spa and the pool were closed for renovation. I will have to do that the next time I visit. The hotel location is perfect. You just need to cross the street to get to the Osmanbey metro station. From there you can go to Taksim and the rest of Istanbul. The streets near by are busy with restaurants, shopping, pharmacies and anything that you might need. Cevahir Shopping mall is a 15 min walk or one metro stop backwards to Sisli. Nisantasi is right across the street, so for the ladies looking for high end shopping, this hotel will make perfect sense. The overall rating for this hotel in my opinion was only exceeded by one other hotel in Istanbul and that was the Intercontinental Taksim. I would highly recommend this hotel, and for my personal taste would be staying there the next time I visit Istanbul

In the heart of new Istanbul with lots of shops and restaurants around. The location and value of the hotel are perfect. Cleanliness and politeness of staff are great. Breakfast and food in general is good. Considering the fact that the hotel is located in a busy area there will be some noise until midnight. Nisantasi shopping area is few meters away. Overall, worth the value.

The neighbourhood is busy, noisy, 'but charming' .. lots of lovely individual foodie-shops and eateries! The metro station is bang opposite making it easy to travel to other places of interest. The hotel offers complimentary transfers from/to Ataturk airport which is a bonus. Otherwise, we were disappointed with the hotel, it shares an entrance with Mac Donald's (we didn't care, just not the best impression to a 5* hotel we looked forward to staying at); we had power cuts (6th floor) all night long and from early on - making it impossible to work and/or to watch the tv. The desk had the problem fixed but the fixing only lasted a few minutes. 'One' window opened a 'jar' if that and the aircon didn't work, so it was stuffy and uncomfortable. The hotel is near a hospital and literally 24/7 all you hear (nice and loud) are sirens from emergency vehicles. The clientele of the hotel, during our stay, was filled with medical tourists - and so medical tourism seemed to be the hotels main market ... which is fair, just not where we were at or wanted for our business and personal leisurely plans. The hotel scores a 5* rating but that's because it ticks the right boxes to have that rating i.e. a gym/pool/hair dryers/safe in rooms/ e t c; for us - there are plenty of good 3* hotels we would have enjoyed far more. The cleanliness and staff were all good.
