I stayed here during a business trip and booked the hotel especially because of it's proximity to the tuyap exhibition center. It is only a few minutes drives and the hotel usually offers a shuttle bus. The hotel itself is very good in general. The rooms are spacious with very big comfortable beds, there is wifi everywhere and the view from the room is also beautiful. There is a swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness room and a spa which unfortunately I didn't have the time to use. The breakfast is very good and gives you the opportunity to try traditional Turkish specialties. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere and later at night there is live music which my colleagues and I really enjoyed The staff is very friendly and helpful. Do note that if you want to go to Istanbul center, it is at least 45' drive which is also the time you are going to need to get to the airport. The hotel is located in an area which seems to be a summer holiday suburb of Istanbul and it must be very lively in the summer but not during the time we visited, which I personally didn't mind as we were still able to find nice taverns and cafes. In general i would definitely suggest the hotel

Spend around 10 days and I should say the facilities are pretty good. Good breakfast Nice spa &pool. Currency exchange available. Wifi is NOT so good. you can't make whatsapp call. 😕. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is close to the Tuyap Congress Fair and not far from airport. It has a small but good SPA, short menu but tasty. Good position to visit costumers on west side and to reach by boat the east side from Bakirkoy.

This hotel has all the amenities you can wish for. A beautiful swimming pool on the top floor facing the glassy ceiling. The break fast has a huge variety of cold and hot food. And the service is excellent. The only down side to this lovely hotel is its distance from the main touristic attractions which we didn't mind as travelling through the city helped us see Istanbul better and the sea side restaurants offer enough options for evening meals. The wifi was also very slow which was a bit surprising for a hotel associate with business clients. All in all though we had an excellent stay.

This is my third time I stay at Eser Hotel and I love it. I feel like I'm home, relaxed and happy. Staff and managers are all so kind, helpful and very hospitable. I love the swimming pool especially the beautiful view and swimming in the evening is so nice. Hamam so nice and they have so many facilities to use. I love the breakfast which was on the 7th floor with the view of the Marmara sea just perfect. Near by places you will enjoy Aqua Marine (Water Park) only 5-7 walk from the hotel to enjoy with friends or as a family. There is a shopping mall close by 5 minutes walk and just across from the hotel you can have a beautiful evening/night stroll on the sea side and enjoy all the cafes, restaurants, and night stalls and you can get on the road train early evening and night time that take you in an area with more restaurant and a view of the sea as you eat. Buyukcekmece is an area where you will enjoy so much if you especially don't want very touristic destination.

Very very nice place The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere there is so positive you can feel peaceful all around the place Breakfast is so yummy its at the seventh floor so you can see all the places around you. The sea is like a five minute walk away from the hotel so its soooo close At night you can have a walk at the beach and buy some good stuff from the night market , I bought this tiny glass sevoners . The Spa is very nice I love it. I had an antistress massage witch was so relaxing and calm One of the beat hotels i have tried . It worth a visit for 3 nights.

Amazing hotel, with a perfect placement, and lots of 5 stars facilities. Especially pool, hamam, and the amazing breakfast restaurant with view over the fantastic Marmara sea was terrific and breathtaking! We stayed more than a week and definitely we will come back, we loved it! This hotel definitely deserves 5 stars.....but because of my discovery of empty bottles, used napkins and other things under our bed, I can only give you 4 stars. We stayed 3 persons in the room, and always only recieved 2 towels, irritating!

I stayed at Eser premium last year and complained about the air conditioning problems, slow service, food policy, etc. The manager told me that their policy of not bringing in outside food and drinks had been changed and i was impressed to see that it really had been. This made my stay more convenient. The 2 junior suits we booked were good in size, with a terrific view. Breakfast was decent, room service was quick and good. However, the air conditioning was not cooling again just like last year. We complained several times and staff members were sent up to check it, but did nothing and the temperature at one point was hotter in the room than outside. When it came to the service, it was just like last year... slow! We asked for our rooms to be cleaned, yet after 2 hours our rooms were still a mess. When we asked the reception to send someone to help open up the sofa bed, it took almost 2 hours for somebody to show up. Moving on, when i went to the hotels restaurant, there was no waiter, so had to inform the reception to call somebody. Once i finished my meal, and wanted to make the payment, the waiter had disappeared again and i had to go and inform the reception once again. When my dad would ask the vale to bring his car, it would take him ages to do so. I really wish this hotel would work on their improvements rather than just saying they do, as it is hard to believe at times that this is a 5 star hotel. Apart from the food policy changing, i have not observed any improvement in this hotel.

Stayed at the Hotel for 4 nights with my family, we have two boys age of 6 & 8. Room was what they call family room which is one room with a double bed and a single bed. As we where only using the room for evening/nights it was Ok. Cleaning was so so - we had to call the front desk as the room was not cleaned (toilet) and for extra towels as we where 4 persons in the room and only two where available. We used the pool every day and was required to buy bathing caps in order to use the pool. Kids where not allowed to use the turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi or steam bath facilities, which is a pity. Wifi Internet was really bad everywhere in the hotel, we also experienced power cuts a couple of times during our stay. Breakfast was buffet, allot of turkish cheese and olives in all kinds. No egg station available. Coffee was a nescafe machine, no traditional turkish Coffee.....

I visited this hotel for 3 nights for a business trip in Istanbul. The hotel is quite nice and the rooms are very big and clean. Wifi works ok in the ground floor but not good in the rooms. Breakfast is ok, with a fabulous seaview from the 7th floor. Location: is far from the center but the neighborhood is nice! There are some good places in walking distance and a very nice by the sea pedestrian road in 5 minutes distance. I eas actually visiting Tuyap fair which was very close and there was a free shuttle service! I recommend this hotel
