Welcome to your private getaway! Escape from your cares and make your vacation memories in this amazing 6 bedroom, Isle of Palms home! With two large living areas and 6 spacious bedrooms with 5 bathrooms this home is ideal for multiple families and comfortably sleeps 12. With multiple outdoor living spaces, you can soak up the island breezes by lounging on any of the open decks or by lounging around your amazing private pool.

The open concept living room is open to the dining area which boast a large dining space that seats 10 around the table, where all can gather for games or dining. Adjacent to the living and dining room, is an amazing kitchen with chef quality appliances, a 6 burner gas range, custom quartz countertops and an abundance of cookware, dining, and glassware. The expansive kitchen island offers additional seating with 4 bar stools along the island.

Just off the kitchen/dining area is a covered porch with an expansive dining table for 12 where all can gather or you can choose to relax on the outdoor sectional over looking the backyard and pool. The pool ranges from 3-5 ft deep and features lounge chairs for soaking up the southern sun.

Additional outdoor features also include an enclosed, hot and cold water outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic table located just under the porch just off the pool deck. For parking there is room for 2 cars under the house and another 4 in the driveway. Beach access is just a short 3 minute walk away at 21st Ave beach access. Also just a short drive or walk are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops and a well stocked grocery store.

****All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided.
****Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals.
****Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion.
****Pool is a saltwater pool (11ft x 24Ft), 3-5 feet deep. Pool is not heatable
****Elevator services all 3 levels of the home from the ground floor to the 2nd floor. Please do not allow children to access the elevator without an adult.
**** Gas grill provided: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
****Distance to Beach: One Block to Access Path at 21st Avenue; 3 - 5 Minutes
****Please do not park on the street per Isle of Palms police or on the grass.
****No pets or smoking
