went for two days to ski, purchased lift tickets at reception, rented skis at location in hotel, walk across street to reach the lift. everything was convenient, hotel was quiet, room was cozy, food was delicious, staff was exceptional. took the wine cellar tour, it a must do. my only complaint is to orbitz. i booked my room online and was only given the option to choose my room type. i called the hotel to add an additional night which was simple. the additional night cost $60 less than what was charged through orbitz and it included a five course dinner and breakfast for two! doesn't make sense to me. next time i will call hotel direct and skip orbitz all together.
