It was quiet. And the staff was very friendly

I needed a easy place to stay for an 11 hour lay over in Dallas. The airport pickup and drop off was super easy. The staff were nice, the restaurant had decent food. All was easy, comfortable and good.

The first room we checked into, the air conditioner didnt work, so we had to move to a room on a different hall. The door was sketchy and could easily be pulled open if you didn't slam it closed. Then someone in one of the rooms next to us keeps smoking, so our whole room will smell like cigarettes whenver they light one up. I was woken up at 5 AM not being able to breathe because it smells so bad like cigarettes.

Found a Roach in my bed .

The front desk receptionist was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was stranded in Dallas from a cancelled flight at midnight. I booked a room, needed a shuttle service and was left for 90 minutes at the airport, and she proceeded to argue with me about directions she gave me on where pick up was. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life.

We were given incorrect information about where to get the shuttle at the airport twice.  Then when a shuttle finally came he said he didn't have room for our luggage.  So after flying from Anchorage, Alaska to Seattle and Seattle to Dallas, we had to wait about 1.5 hours to finally get to the hotel, and we had to walk back and forth between places they told us to be for pick up.  My husband is 76 years old and has a knee that is very painful although he is on his second artificial joint. Then when we got to the hotel we found out there was not a restaurant nor a bar.  Both of those things were listed in the description on Orbitz and are a reason I  booked that hotel. OK.  Time for positives:  The lady at the registration counter was kind and helpful despite our disgruntled attitude by the time we got there.  Also, the restaurant that is open only for breakfast had very good food and a friendly cook/waitress. Shuttle was late to pick up, room looked clean but woke up with bug bites all over me probably bed bugs. Was told that shuttle could not take me to airport after I was already told they could by reception.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for a place to sleep during an 11 hour layover at DFW. I wanted a decent price with a free airport shuttle. Unfortunately, this hotel shares a shuttle with several other hotels in the area and because there were so many other people using it, I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for pickup. The hotel itself was fine, but the shuttle service wasn’t ideal.

i liked the room however the contract airport shuttle was not reliable on time and stopped for gas on the way to the airport after being over 15 mins late!

I usually pretty simple and it takes a lot for me to leave a comment like this but I absolutely have to for the sake of others looking for a hotel in this area. Walking into the room it smelled horrible almost like musty. The bed is completely uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping in a box. Absolutely no water pressure in the sink. Towels were super small and I’m a tiny girl. We booked specifically because there was a gym and although the weights were fine only one treadmill worked out of all of the other machines. They were all broken or turned off. The toilet paper in the bathroom disintegrates and is sooo incredibly cheap. AND last but not least , woke up with bites on my side. Absolutely not worth the worth. The only plus side was the two front staff ladies were incredibly nice and had no control over these issues.
