Great hotel. I used to come here for the happy hour and meet great people. Great hotel in Las Colinas you in an awesome area.
The person who checked us in was very rude and acted like checking us in was an inconvenience for her. She kept rolling Her eyes at us and definitely needs more training in customer service. My wife and I are both in the customer service industry and we would be in work for long if we had her attitude. Other than that, the hotel was great and the guy the next morning was awesome so that somewhat made up for it.
The room as better than I thought.
After a 13-14 hour drive all I wanted to do was kick my feet up, take a hot shower, and rest. I was able to do just that at NYLO. I’m very grateful it was comfortable and because it was less busy, very affordable. Only complaint is the towels felt new and was very rough/hard. Also maybe it was me but I couldn’t figure out the shower lol so the front desk had to come up. Overall I was very pleased with my stay. Contemporary style apartment.
