Sebastian checked me in and his service was exceptional and he was an above and beyond professional I would hire him in a heartbeat
We stayed in a two bedroom suite and were surprised it had two bathrooms which was awesome since there were seven of us. We slept on the sofa bed and it was extremely comfortable. The rooms have great darkening window covers that allowed us to sleep in and it was super quiet. The full kitchen had every essential cookware you would need. Staff were nice and were helpful when I needed additional toiletries, towels and etc. They offered a full breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles and all the trimmings as well as healthy choices. We would definitely stay here again! Ps, the pool was great! And the location is convenient to the night life in Dallas.

Great location, lots to see on a walk. Room was very spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool! Buildings are older but are not in terrible condition. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Pool was closed the breakfast was poorly. The parking is terrible. The hotel could have been better since is close to the colinas. The receptionist was not in the front when I arrived had to wait 30 min and she was rude lacked customer service. Very old building.

Hilton should pull their name off the building. If you get rooms up in the front, good!!! If you get rooms in the back buildings. Run Down and haunted. Sounds crazy, I'm sure!

The room I reserved was not available, but they got us in 2 rooms so everything worked out. Someone opened the door later and tried to walk in (always keep your door locked/chained) they doubled booked. Ordered room service (not on property so no fault of the hotel) got the wrong order. But the room itself was great. In need of some touch ups, but easily overlooked for comfort. All in all I would go back.
From the outside, the property is nice, the lobby and breakfast area are very clean n nice, but my room was gross. The ceiling was nasty n dirty with cracks and webs. The linens were dirty on one bed, the pull out was super gross. Only had 2 towels for a suite that sleeps 6. When we asked for more they said it would be an hour or so before they could bring them. No toilet paper, the shower leaked, the toilet ran and the fan didnt work so it was hot n steamy making it hard to dry off n get dressed. Whenever you turned on the sink water it smelled like sewer. People arguing outside the room and in the parking lot. There was no lights in the pool area at night. Just really felt unsafe. There are no restaurants or gas stations nearby. The lobby clerk and the cleaning ladies were very, very nice tho.
Booked a double Queen bed room with a balcony and got a tiny room with 2 full size beds and no balcony. The room was very small and crammed. Definitely not worth the money.
Overall I’d rate the hotel 3.5. The area seems safe. The room was clean but the bathroom needed an additional cleaning. The fridge stopped working but the maintenance guy was super friendly and came to change it our for us. The hotel served its purpose for my trip.

Nice area of Las Colinas...safe and easy access to area shops. Room was clean and good sized with a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly. The property is a little out-dated but definitely worth the price.
