The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Diamond who went the extra mile to find a room appropriate for my handicapped wife.

Stay was nice although there were too many people smoking weed on the property.
Overall it's ok.
We were in the “basement” and it smelled like bad cigarette smoke in the whole hallway and then our room had spider webs in the ceiling corners.

It was very close to entertainment and restaurants. We had a concert to go to and it made it perfect for the distance

The staff supporting breakfast in the morning provided outstanding service. That said, front desk staff was sometimes absent for more than a half hour and people trying to check in/out were, rightfully, frustrated. Was given a room on the first floor near the conference rooms and it was incredibly noisy until nearly 2am every morning.
