Great check in process and convenient airport shuttle.
Some staff are friendly & courteous. Some front desk staff were not as helpful on phone. Rooms could be cleaned better
The shower was horrible, no pressure and no continuity of temperature. The whole room and hotel was a bit shabby. Very disappointing for a Doubletree property.

TV didn't work, deadbolt didn't work, door to shower wouldn't close, felt extremely unsafe
I’ve messaged the property about my complaints, yet to get response
the hotel is moldy smells of mold when you walk in. I had to change rooms 3 times because of mold smell. I tried to cancel but with orbitz I couldn't speak to anyone it was all on line and couldnt get help. The hotel was nice enough to let me switch rooms.
This was a good stay the staff was very friendly while we stayed there the rooms could use an upgrade from the popcorn ceiling and toilet had a slight leak when you flush it but overall it was a very good comfortable stay
Check in was great I loved my room except my sheets had stains and my Kleenex was used and restuffed back in the Box!! My shower did not work and i had to ask 4x to get it fixed. I had those issues but still would stay again.

Generally a nice older hotel. Bathroom Wall paper and shower calk are stained or needing maintenance / replacement. Room furniture is fresh and nice / Recently updated. Doors are painted and Appear to be the original units from ~30 years ago. Staff is very friendly. Cookies are wonderful.
The only concerns was the bed sheets feeling wet. And the pool not being cleaned my husband had to assist cleaning leaves out
