Pics in Orbitz were misleading. Room appeared to be clean, but dirty smell in the bed was just unbearable. Bathroom shower had some dirty spots; so, we didn't even use it. Shuttle service is the worst here. Driver came an hour late and wasn't even apologetic. Van was smelling with of the prohibited substance. I will never use this property again and don't recommend those especially with the family. Only good things about my rating is that the girl at the front desk was nice.

Issues with noisy neighbors at 1AM, staff couldn’t be bothered to help fix the issue. Door key quit working randomly. Bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned upon check in. Breakfast was disappointing. Would not stay here again.
Walking distance to Aspen Creek restaurant, which was excellent. All good except that when the shuttle driver picked me up at the airport ... it was hard to breathe in the van because it was full of cigarette smoke!

I booked this hotel as I was coming in for an interview with a nearby company. I was stranded at the airport for over 2 hours awaiting to be picked up by the airport shuttle. I called the hotel numerous times with no answer. I had to take a very expensive Uber to the hotel. The staff was not helpful or empathetic upon arriving. I was told there would be no reimbursement either. I had no hot water in my room, my iron was broken, my ironing board did not have a cover, the phone in my room did not work. When I addressed these issue with the front desk attendant, they didn’t seem to want to help. They appeared very bothered and remained on FaceTime on their cell phone. This was a very unpleasant experience and the cost of the room was severely overpriced.
We made reservation ahead of time for new clients, they did not get rooms until pass 7pm they waited for 3 hours on the lobby, they ask the front desk to clean the rooms, they were reserve for 3 days, they never did, we had clients stay they before and where happy, this time they where disappointed and so are we.
This was the worst hotel experience I think we've ever had. Failed to meet minimal expectations: not enough pillows for my family, not enough towels, no blankets or bedspreads for the beds - asked at the desk and was told "sorry, we're out" on the pillows, towels and bedcoverings... bathroom had large broken tiles on the floor - right where you exit the tub, creating a dangerous wobble with jagged edges. Room was dark and dank, entire property smells of chlorine from the indoor pool. Our family expected much better for the price...
The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. There was some type of blood or something on my curtain and also on the floor mat in the tub.
It was just a very basic hotel - no complaints and no compliments.
The kids were impressed. It was our first time staying and we like our experience.
The property was close to the airport and several eating options. My room was clean and smelled like disinfectant which eased worry some.
