The staff was rude and unhelpful. The front desk person had paperwork with guest names and information spread out all over the front desk where anyone could see. The entire first level reeks of chemicals from the pool. We will not be staying there again.

My mom, sisters, niece, live in and around Farmington and we met there and 13 of us enjoyed a great visit and the hotel was clean and employees nice and polite!

The hotel is new and looks it. It is very clean and even smells new. The beds were comfy and had lots of pillows. There is not a mini fridge or micro, but the internet worked after a bit. The room size was small, but the bathroom was large enough to change clothes.

Hello, I apologize if you felt that the staff was rude and unhelpful as well as had paperwork with names present on the desk. I will definitely address this concern with my staff to make sure that this issue does not happen again. Also I will address the issues with the pool chemicals with my Maintenance Department. I am sorry you feel that you won't stay here again. We hope that the next time you are in the area you will give us another try.
