The hotel advertises an indoor poor, but it was so cold that it was unusable. I drove an hour for an indoor pool so this was a complete waste of my time and money. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful.

This is NOT part of or even near Bass Pro Shop, un cade you see the name AND the picture of Bass Pro and think they're connected or close. It's very outdated and smells funky. AC dodnt quite keep up and the room was stuffy. Ligjts didnt turn on, outlets didnt work, tub faucet was falling out of the wall, sheets had brown stains that looked like feces. It felt dirty and unsanitary. We ended up leaving a day early.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Check-in was horribly slow because there was someone getting their room reassigned due to filth. The desk person was trying to be accommodating but was visibly frustrated. This should have been our first sign to run but we decided to go ahead and give it a try. The rooms look NOTHING like the pics. We had MOLD on the floor. The fold out couch was DISGUSTING both on the cushions and the mattress inside. There were no linens in the room for it. The closet was broken. And even the hard surfaces in the room didn't look clean. There are plenty of other hotels in the area. Pick anywhere else.
This place was horrible! Avoid staying here!!! Significant mold in the bathroom and dirty sheets with hair. This hotel is aware of the moldy room since it is in other reviews on this site. They were crediting us $10 on a $50 security deposit that we get back!!! That is NO discount! They said they had no other rooms but orbitz showed that other rooms were available to rent?!?!? Again…DO NOT stay here!
My stay here was perfect. Bed was clean and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the inside pool

Sink was clogged and ran out of hot water in morning (6:30 am)
There was hair in the bathroom sink and shower. The shower was wheelchair accessible, but the adjustable shower head was in such bad shape it came apart when I tried to move it to above my head. Water from the shower went all over the floor in a large stream. A truly disabled person would have struggled not to slip and fall. Our check out time was 11am and we were running a few minutes late. At 10:59, the phone rang but didn’t work when I tried to answer it. At 11:02, housekeeping knocked on the door and I told her we would be about 10 more minutes and apologized. Then at 11:07, 2 women from the front desk came to the door and asked if I was extending my stay since it was after checkout time. I asked what time it was and she said it was after 11. I was packed but trying to fix my hair and again apologized and said we would be out within 5 minutes. She was very disgruntled and reminded me that it was already past checkout time. I was blown away at the rudeness of the last woman. We walked out of our room at 11:15. Yes, we were running behind, but 15 minutes? And we had to clean up the floor twice from the flooding. The bed would have been comfortable if the sheets hadn’t been so scratchy. Definitely will not be staying at a Best Western again. My standards aren’t ridiculous, but cleanliness is paramount!
