Our stay was awesome! Very accommodating and friendly staff. Had a great stay here and looking froward to using them again in the future.
We paid extra for a "superior queen", but were given a room with nothing extra. We were told their superior room only meant that you could bring animals.
They did not give me a Senior, Veteran or any discount. But they did give it to me buddy on the return trip.
The check-in process took over 40 minutes and we had an entire track team waiting. We will not stay here again.
While the hotel is a little dated, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing! The king beds do need more pillows.
Room was fine, staff was helpful, breakfast was good. the dryer in the laundry was out of order, but overall a good stay.
We stayed here on the 7th and 8th of may...and what a wonderful stay...the staff was very pleasant and helpful from booking our room till our checkout...rooms were very nice and cozy and a nice continental breakfast was available each morning...the general manager was wonderful. We will definitely recommend this motel and will stay here again.😊.
The room was good the problem was with building. The outside key reader by our room was non functioning and being handicapped going to a door across the property to get in is quite inconvenient. Also the key reader for the pool area was not functional either had to walk to front desk to have someone let us in. On our second day of our stay our room keys were deactivated so during a storm I had to walk around the building to get in and get different keys programmed There are lots of other choices in town to consider.
Owner was very accommodating, staff was polite & helpful. Pool could be a little warmer! Breakfast attendant refused to make more orange juice!
Jon and his staff were incredibly friendly. We stayed during a busy weekend and we knew it would be busy so I felt I was paying a lot for a room at a super 8... but all other hotels were booked and we needed a room. Upon arrival we were greeted and quickly were put into our "suite". The room was clean. Beds were comfy and the bedroom had gone through some updating but the sitting area was still rather outdated. Pretty much what you would expect of a Super 8. The futon in the sitting area did look to have some questionable stains on it. The bathroom could have used more than 2 towels since the room is set up to sleep 5. The breakfast is basic with bagels, cereal, waffles and juice. If I had my choice I would likely stay at another hotel in the area but since it was a packed weekend it got the job done. We did not use the pool but the hot tub was broken. I thought I had a rewards program but didn't. I was never asked to enroll but I did go online and enroll before checkout so that I could earn points.
