My room was clean & neat, everything I needed, very enjoyable stay! Breakfast was good, biscuits & gravy or waffles etc. I didn't use the exercise equipment or any of that, can't speak for that part of it, but my stay was great. Thank you!

This is an older hotel and has a lingering smell from back in the day when people could smoke in hotel rooms. The sheets were clean and the bed wasn't terrible. There was a large stain on the carpeting so I kept my shoes on when dilly dallying around in the room. Internet was good, which becomes important when your cell service wants to roam internationally being you are an arm's length away from being in Canada. There is a nice little restaurant "Chocolate Moose" that shares the same parking lot. The hotel staff were friendly, but one gal seemed to be a bit lazy. Lots of time on her phone and when I asked her to extend my stay, she said she didn't know how so I should come back in the morning. A new staff member came in a short time later, I asked her if she knew how to change my dates and she literally fixed it in ten seconds or less. All in all, the stay was ok. Not my top ten for sure, but it did the trick for a couple of nights.

Talked to the young lady at the front desk and told her what I needed and she said after checking she would be able to have the room I requested at 2:30pm that day. I was at the Motel at 12:15 PM went had some lunch came back and again the young lady to me my room was ready at1:50pm. I will recommend Day's Inn ,room was very clean and the location was what I wanted

Good clean room and a decent rate. Staff very helpful and friendly. No issues and a good place to eat across the parking lot. Have stayed here several times on the way to Canada to fish and always good quality.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to town & to numerous restaurants. It is clean, spacious, and quiet.

One ice machine for the entire facility. We checked in for a three night stay and were told our bill was $400+. When we reminded the desk employee that we were on a government rate, the bill dropped to around $250. The room was clean, but very minimal. Upon entering the room, there was one very small bar of soap and one small bottle of shampoo. Upon returning the next afternoon, there was no additional soap nor shampoo. When asked, the front desk person provided additional soap bars and shampo. When asked for conditioner, we were told that they were out. Our originally assigned room was on the second floor. Since I have rheumatoid arthritis, and was having a flair up, we asked for a room on the first floor since there was no elevator. The desk clerk changed our room, but admonished us that we should have said something when we made the reservation....so she wouldn't have to change our room. During our stay, the maintenance man parked his van in front of the check in area....taking up a space that should have been available to persons checking in. However, the employees were very willing to help out and do what they could to make things right. My impression was that the employees were not being supported by the owner.

After a long drive it met all our expectations. Staff was friendly and assessable, hotel was clean but in need of some maintenance, perfect location on the outskirts of town and the grounds were clean and kept up. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

If we could give half stars, I'd give this place 2.5 stars. I typically don't like Days Inn and this one ensures I continue to feel that way. The only reason I stayed here was due to its proximity to Voyageurs National Park and the lack of decently priced motels in the area. The room was not as clean as it should have been, but the bed was comfortable. I bump it to three stars thanks to the convenient and clean picnic area behind the motel where we grilled out for dinner. Breakfast at Days Inn always stinks, but there is a diner next door that had decent food.

It is a very nice hotel at an affordable price. One of the best features is the 3 queen bed room. I stay each year here before a fishing trip and have 6 people in my party and this room is perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. The morning breakfast is just enough with a nice variety. I will be back next year. Thanks Days Inn and staff!!!! Mike

After driving 700 miles you want a good place to lay your head down and this one never disappoints us. Clean room, quiet night and usual simple BK if you want it. Fishermen, good place to park your vehicle and boat if towing to Canada!! And a decent restaurant next door. June 20th our rate was $69.00.
