Stayed here for one night only.Check in was smooth.Room is ok. Not very close to old town but still walkable. The breakfast spread was decent. The one thing which i thought would be available in the room was kettle but it wasn't so. They charge for the Parking!
We stayed at Ramada Innsbruck for a night...it was more like a relaxing pit stop before we started our Eastern Europe tour. The hotel lacks basic amenities like a kettle for tea / coffee in the room , no free water bottle in the room on arrival. the staff isnt very well spoken either, # We asked for them for electric plug converter , they replied with " please come down and take it ". # We asked them to help us with our luggage , they replied with " its a 3 star hotel , no bell desk / concierge " lucky for us , we did not have to climb any stair at the hotel else carrying all that luggage would have been a pain. If you want hot water , you have to get down to the lobby bar and get it yourself. There is no room service , if there is , it is chargeable . The breakfast spread is same as any other hotel in this region -- cold breakfast...no options for vegetarians other then the cereal, fruits and breads. the only good things about the hotel : Rooms --> the rooms were neat and tidy, the bathroom was clean as well and had hot water whenever we needed. The view from the hotel was the best thing , you wake up to an amazing view of the Alps. Location --> it is just opposite to the Olympic stadium and has good connectivity with bus and tram. The bus stop is very near. The walk to the old town is also not far.....we decided to walk the town and reached old town quarters in around 15-20 minutes. Note * If you are a vegetarian Indian * : # There is no kettle in the room to heat up the water for that ready mix food you might be carrying or that bed tea you like. # The breakfast options are limited to cereals and breads. # Carry your Theplas :p
Good things - just the room Bad things- bad behaved reception staff , no amenities like kettle in room, no charging convertor and unlike other hotels they refuse to lend . Bad behaved kitchen staff! No hot water ! Avoid this hotel really !
11th floor room, great view, comfortable bed and well stocked bathroom, good brekky selection, reasonably friendly staff, food at the lobby restaurant is good (try the pizza!).. location wise it's really close to the bus stop which takes you to the town in about 10 minutes!
The lobby was small and over-crowded when we walked in. The concierge was very friendly. But when you look down, there are stains all over the floors. The elevator felt dirty, the corridor on our floor was just disgusting because of all of the stains in the carpet. Our room was dusty and also covered in stains. The bed didn't feel clean. The desk in the room was dusty. All of this was quite gross and not my typical Ramada experience. However, the breakfast is very tasty and on the top floor of the hotel. The view of the Tivoli mountains is breath-taking and basically 360 degrees. You can eat quite good breakfast on the terrace with a few, so it balances out.
First impressions were good we turned up around 20:00 the receptionist was very helpful and upgraded us. We used there parking at €12 per night. Underground parking with lift directly to room, spacious enough to fit most cars in. Room was pleasant and enough room to spread out. After over 6 hours driving we freshened up and went for a meal in the restaurant. We sat down at 21:20 and was served. Limited menu to choose from and rather than telling us that the kitchen would not make anything after 22:00 we had only ordered the main meal so when we tried to order desserts were then told the kitchen was closed. With no alternative offered. Tip, you only get 1 pillow so ensure you ask for others before you get ready for bed. Good nights sleep with very little noise in the room. Good selection for breakfast and friendly staff. On the whole ok, but on our return trip to Innsbruck we won't be staying there again.
The first thing that strikes you about Ramada Trivioli Innsbruck is the building, it's a beautiful piece of architecture.. standing adjecent to the Olympics street even accentuates it's grandness. . The interior of the hotel too is cosy and beautiful.. the room we were in was pretty big with full length windows which open to the beautiful Alps view.. that view is breathtaking.. The staffs were very courteous and very helpful.. The breakfast buffet spread was brilliantly laid out.. with so many options and varieties.. Simply enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. I can say that this hotel was probably the best one during our entire Europe trip.
A good hotel which has most of the basic things in order: rooms are clean, staff is friendly. However the wifi worked very poorly and the location is not the best possible if you want to spend time in the city center and in old town.
This was a wonderful 2 night stay at the ramada. The room was very spacious, very clean and modern. The view was absolutely amazing and this really added to our stay. We had breakfast included and this was second to none in terms of quality and choice of food. The hotel is located right next door to a water park which we made good use of! Only complaint is that after the room was cleaned, lots of glass was found on the floor which had clearly not been cleaned up properly. Also, we had to ask for a laundry bag and on second time of asking, we could not be provided with a price list for the laundry. The walk to town was 25 minutes, however there are some buses that run very close to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples/families. There was very little they could have done differently.
We had a room with a great view on the mountain range, breakfast was standard but decent. Hotel is about 20-30 mins walking from the centre, rooms are well equipped. Good place to stay for a few nights. Highway connection is very close, which is nice for traveling by car to surrounding villages.
