Nice hotel, great wifi. Has all you need. Please go to the breakfast area which is located on the 11th floor - I think it should be open all day, respectively the terrace which has extremely great view of Alpes. Great breakfast. Hotel is OK for a transfer overnight stay because it`s not far from the highway. Take it.
We stayed at the Ramada Innsbruck for two nights in October. As we had decided to stay two additional days in Innsbruck and our previous hotel was unable to accomodate, we needed to change hotels. We had read mixed reviews regarding the Ramada, however decided to take a chance. We were happily surprised to find a very modern hotel, it was clean and tidy, and our interaction with staff proved pleasant, we found them friendly and helpful. Our room was a business apartment on level 10, breakfast was included in the price with the restaurant being on level 11. Our room consisted of a large bedroom with television, a seperate lounge also with television, a table & chairs and in addition two lounge chairs and a small coffee table. Our bathroom was split into two rooms, one contained the shower and a vanity, the second room housed the toilet and another vanity. The shower was modern, roomy and had great water pressure. Breakfast included cold meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, also included were a small selection of cooked breakfast items. We found the breakfast enjoyable. The view from our room was plentiful, the room was an end room we had views of the Olympic Ski Jump from one window, and the Nordkette mountain from the other. We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Ramada, and would certainly stay there again. Whilst the hotel isn't situated right in the middle of the old town, it is right next to the Olympic ice arena, the J Bus Stop which runs from one side of town to the other and also takes you to the Patscherkofel cable car, and the Sightseer bus stop. We walked to the train station from the hotel, however were traveling with backpacks and enjoy walking, the walk being approx 1.6 kilometres.
We stayed 1 night in the spacious room with a spectacular scent of Innsbruck' mountains. With its modern decoration, we enjoyed both in-room comfort facilities and hotel's facilities such 11th floor restaurant where we had breakfast overlooking the views and top floor fitness and sauna. The hotel is just opposite the Olympiaworld Sports Complex, and only 10 minutes drive to the old town. There is car park available (but a bit dark at night)
Well the hotel is placed in a good location. And thats about it. Our 2 day trip at this hotel was one of the lowest service levels i have ever seen from a reputed brand. Staff was very impolite and unfriendly. Service was non existent. Not sure why, but certainly a bad experience.
Top hotel for a business trip. Easy to reach (by car), enough parking available, efficient and friendly check-in, standard bedroom up to the expectation of a 4-star hotel, good breakfast on the top floor, efficient check-out.
Good... Friendliest waiter in bar/restaurant near lobby. Good food too but limited selection. Waiter gets 5 stars!! Reception was nice and gave me 2 small bottles of lotion because I ran out. Bad... carpeting in room was nasty -stains all over. Mini fridge did not get cold. Not a fan of bedding choice. Worst pillows ever ..I think a cotton ball has more structure. Down blanket is too heavy and makes you hot. No top sheet.
As per receptionist Hotel was totally booked despite our booking was made earlier and confirmed, however they asked me to upgrade my room to compensate this but I didn’t find any upgraded thing. Well we’re there for a day just to explore Swarovski world, my entire Innsbruck trip was ruined coz of this hotel inefficient staff !! I would like to add one thing the staff of this hotel is very unfriendly/ rude & inexperienced!!
Stayed here for one night only.Check in was smooth.Room is ok. Not very close to old town but still walkable. The breakfast spread was decent. The one thing which i thought would be available in the room was kettle but it wasn't so. They charge for the Parking!
We stayed at Ramada Innsbruck for a night...it was more like a relaxing pit stop before we started our Eastern Europe tour. The hotel lacks basic amenities like a kettle for tea / coffee in the room , no free water bottle in the room on arrival. the staff isnt very well spoken either, # We asked for them for electric plug converter , they replied with " please come down and take it ". # We asked them to help us with our luggage , they replied with " its a 3 star hotel , no bell desk / concierge " lucky for us , we did not have to climb any stair at the hotel else carrying all that luggage would have been a pain. If you want hot water , you have to get down to the lobby bar and get it yourself. There is no room service , if there is , it is chargeable . The breakfast spread is same as any other hotel in this region -- cold breakfast...no options for vegetarians other then the cereal, fruits and breads. the only good things about the hotel : Rooms --> the rooms were neat and tidy, the bathroom was clean as well and had hot water whenever we needed. The view from the hotel was the best thing , you wake up to an amazing view of the Alps. Location --> it is just opposite to the Olympic stadium and has good connectivity with bus and tram. The bus stop is very near. The walk to the old town is also not far.....we decided to walk the town and reached old town quarters in around 15-20 minutes. Note * If you are a vegetarian Indian * : # There is no kettle in the room to heat up the water for that ready mix food you might be carrying or that bed tea you like. # The breakfast options are limited to cereals and breads. # Carry your Theplas :p
Good things - just the room Bad things- bad behaved reception staff , no amenities like kettle in room, no charging convertor and unlike other hotels they refuse to lend . Bad behaved kitchen staff! No hot water ! Avoid this hotel really !
