We spent overnight in Innsbruck. The check in procedures were very fast, the hotel is very close to the citi centre. Even though i have already had Ramada experience in Antwrep, this was a different exp. The room was a little small for Triple sharing. Here again the steel cot was provided with a bed which brought down the rating to Very good Breakfast is on the top floor. It had good options for both Veg and Non veg. The staffs over the breakfast area was very courteous and was willing to help if we need anything Overall a good stay in Austia
I was so disappointed and surprised by the rude and unprofessional service of one of the waiters. Unfortunately I could not catch his name, however asking him to check the 30 min delay on the meal was too much for him that he started to argue not once but three times ! His open line was “what is your problem” which at that point I thought it was just a language barrier however when he came back twice!! still arguing about the issue (an issue for him clearly) It was clear for me the only issue was his terrible attitude. Maybe it was a bad day for him only , however do take care of this matter, one bad apple can harm the business.
The twin room we had was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was good. The room temperature was adjusted to suit. The staff were friendly and obliging and the breakfast was sufficient. We would go back any time.
I acctually stayed in a somewhat "mini suite" that had a bedroom, and a sort of lounge area with a sofa, table and tv. Complete with a small kitchen. The bathroom was great, however the carpets in the room was quite worn and smelled funny. Overall the hotel stay was descent, the staff somewhat friendly (big plus to the barkeep for a great conversation). The city of Innsbruck is amazing though, and I can greatly recommend it!
We stayed here one night and liked it. The hotel was very clean and modern. I appreciated the architecture of the building, it looked really cool. Honestly, I felt like I got good value for my money (maybe it helped we stayed here on a weekend). We had a great view from our room of the mountains and the ski jump. We also really enjoyed the free wifi and free parking garage. Its easy to get from here into downtown, as there is a bus stop a short walk from the hotel where you can easily take a bus into the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the heated floor in the bathroom. Awesome! Bottom line, I would happily stay here again.
Pros: - its a modern hotel with minimalist design - the reception are friendly and they can speak english well - there's a free bus that go to several ski areas (the bus stop at several hotel and ramada is one of them) - within the room they provide free wifi - the hot water and heater works well - they provide hair dryer, shampoo and soap - theres car stop in front of the hotel to make you easier to drop luggage from taxi Cons: - the hotel location is a bit further from the tourist area. Although you still can use bus. - only one asian restaurant, one supermarket, one pharmacy and nothing else near the hotel - no room service! You got to order the food at the hotel resraurant and bring your own tray to your room - during my stay theres a mess at the hotel restaurant. The staff seem to be over whelming with the order from hungry residence. As far im notice there are only one or two people working at that time - no water boiler provided in the room ( the housekeeping said theres no water boiler provided from the hotel). You need to bring your own jug to hotel restaurant and wait around 40minutes for hot water! - the pillow is too thin! While there's only 2 of them. The hotel should change them into firmer one - the room we sleep is a bit noisy because its near driveway
We stayed here for one night in order to stopover and split our drive to Italy. It is a standard business type hotel with very little character, but the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast adequate. Surprisingly little in terms of room toiletries though so bring everything. The advantage of the location is that you don't have to navigate the narrow, one way streets of the old town and you can park your car in their underground garage. The downside of that is that you have to walk about 15 - 20 minutes to the old town.
Stayed there during a skiholiday. The hotel is a mix of business and lesuire hotel. You can take the tram to local skiing or drive an hour to Places like Kitzbuhel or Sölden. Nice Sauna and good breakfast. New and clean rooms. Parking!
Due to adverse weather conditions we were unable to get to St Anton for our ski holiday. We stayed two nights at the Ramada as a result, at short notice and organised by our travel agent. Rooms are a reasonable size, clean and with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are ample, with a good walk-in shower and hairdryer. Dinner buffet was acceptable but limited and not recommended. Continental breakfast buffet has plenty of options for all - juice, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, breads, jams, cheeses and cold meats. The lobby bar is reasonably stocked and the barman friendly. All staff greeted us with a smile and helped when asked, booking cabs, offering directions etc.
The check-in went well and the front desk staff were very friendly (they even tried to speak french with us). Rooms are good, but maybe the temperature is a little bit too hot. The hotel is well located if you have a car, otherwise you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to reach the city center.
