Very nice room with a good desk. I was working remotely and working from such beautiful views really helped. Their restaurant has only a few items but they are quite good. However, the staff let you get food delivered to your room which was very helpful. Unfortunately there aren't too many other food options close by - there is a Chinese buffet(fairly good), a cafe (quite good) and a greasy burger place (it was packed but not very good in my opinion). The best thing about this hotel is the quality of accommodation and the views. It definitely caters for business travellers also as the wifi was very good (unsecured though): 90mbps down, 5mbps down, 56ms ping The only issue is the distance from the main town. It's a bit far from main attractions (20-25 mins walk) which obvious before you book it. But the thing is that there's not much in between. So you actually do need to go into the main town if you want more variety of cafes. That said though, there's a supermarket close by and a cafe next to it (Cafe Restaurant Am Tivoli) - both of which are quite nice. Also, there's plenty of electric scooters around hotel - it's a fun way to get into town :)
Stayed for 4 nights. Caught a bus from HBF to stop not far from Tivoli/Stadium/Olympic next to hotel. Bit daunting at first but got to understand the bus system and it was quite easy to get around. We bought the Innsbruck card which allowed us to travel for 3 days using this pass. The hotel is quite good. Bus tourists also use this hotel to transit but they have breakfast in a different area on the 11th floor. Staff were very helpful in advising us hat to see and where to go. Enjoyable stay.
Great Place and location close to downtown close to the Olympic icehockey ring .Great service at the hotel bar go to the Greek waiter he is by far the best great breakfast but poor ac needs better AC for the room
we were a big group from Romania for 3 nights, half board in the hotel. At arrival, in the bathrooms there were no shower gel or shampoo, but 1 small soap for two persons. When we asked at the front desk the answer was ~finished~. When? maybe there will be tomorrow. In the morning we had breakfast in a dingy part of the rooftop restaurant away from where the other guests were being served. As tour lider, I asked why, they said you pay less. By mistyake some of our group members ate there at the ~normal~ part, as they say, completely different breakfast buffet. Our seemed lef overs. I asked about tomatoes, because in the ball there were some cucamber slices and two small tomatoe left over. I asked for tomatoe, the youn g girl at service said ~finished~. At 7:10 in the morning? When breakfast is served between 6:15 and 10??? poor choice of bread, no fruits but a sort of fruit salad from tin, awful coffee. the girls serving were mostly cleaning the tables, when we asked something they were very rude. later I went to see the rest of group eating, there was almost nothing left for them. When I asked for cold buffet to refill, the girl said I have to ask the boss. Later one they brought something. same with eggs. Finally we had a conversation at the front desk, our room price was indeed negociated price but not the breakfast. They think all the groups are the same! mostly eastern part guests! They lowered the quality standard according to the poorest groups they have. It is inadmissible for a Ramada standard. In the evening when we came back, almost all of the rooms had shower gel, mine not., I had to ask at the front desk. They could not change my pillow for an antialergic one! Minibar was empty, they said tourists are stealing, not pying when they left. If you need something go down and ask at the front desk! No kettel, coffee or tea in the room. At the restaurant they can serve just 2 kind o beer, if you want normal laget beer from draft you have to go down to the lobby bar, because in the restaurant they have only bottled, at 330 ml. we used several times Ramada all over Europe, never had problems like this. Finally most problem solved, but no excuses or appologise. so we will think it over to book again Ramada in Innsbruck
Good breakfast. Friendly staff pays attention well. The room is very cozy and very clean. This hotel doesn’t provide A/C. Average issue is a long distance from this hotel to old town and a train station.
A gorgeous and modern hotel in Innbruck, close to links to the town centre. Beautiful views of mountains from our bedroom, and the 11th floor breakfast room. Modern rooms, clean and well equipped. The onsite restaurant is also very good, plenty of choice, delicious food and great value. Would stay here again.
The hotel is just 10 minutes by bus from Innsbruck hbf. It’s in the tivoli part of Innsbruck. The hotel has a superb 360 view of the Snow caped mountains from its terrace. We are a family of four with children age 14 and 11 , so we had to book 2 rooms. They upgraded our rooms which made our stay even more memorable. Breakfast was very nice. Overall a very good hotel.
The hotel is located at a convenient place in the town, not very far from city centre. Rooms were nice and clean with quality linen. The buffet breakfast of the hotel is on 11th floor. Since we had continental breakfast, there weren't much variety but the stuff was good enough. Service was not up to mark. While taking bath, I suddenly found that there was no shampoo or soap in the bath dispenser and despite informing to the hotel staff, nothing was done. Luckily, we had brought some shampoo sachet with us that saved our day. Surprisingly, hotel housekeeping ph doesn't respond often, something not expected from Ramada.
Would not recommend this hotel. Noisy, unprofessional staff, didn't get what they promised, spa wasn't open but they didn't inform me until I was there, and then the receptionist had the gal to suggest that I pay for a nearby public pool.
The service received during our 3 day stay was outstanding, particularly the staff who prepared and served the buffet breakfast. The quality and variety of food was sensational, and the front of house staff were just excellent, even when the restaurant was packed. Breakfast was served on the 11th floor and you could sit inside or outside - it really made us feel part of those big beautiful mountains surrounding Innsbruck. Our guest room was clean, modern, comfortable and well maintained. The weather was hot and humid when we were there and unfortunately, the cooling in the room wasn't working which made it a little uncomfortable for sleeping.
