Right in the city center within 100 meters from the famous golden roof! the only down side is that it does not have a parking garage, you have to find a public parking and walk with your luggage a to the hotel! Apart from that, it was perfect!

the room was very beautifully furnished. atmosphere was old world with all the modern amenities. breakfast was delicious

I never thought I would stay at such a lovely hotel. So full of character and on a famous street in innsbruch. The bedroom was small but clean. Unusual beds like wooden cots. Delightful.

A beautiful hotel full of character and right in the old centre. Our room was small with little wooden beds. But beautiful very clean and a great shower

Interesting old hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff was especially helpful with plans and information

Very nice hotel right in the heart of the Old Town. Friendly, attentive, and professional staff.

The hotel itself was not the highlight of the trip, despite its antiquity. The rooms are quite modern, although our toilet was in a separate alcove from the shower/sink. The parking was filled when we got there, so we parked in a public garage 3 blocks away. The breakfast was one of the best we had. They even had a system for making soft boiled eggs! Innsbruck was surprisingly fun. The pedestrian zone was quite diverse, beautiful old buildings, churches, shops, restaurants and a lively mix of people. The train station is about 5 blocks away so we took a scenic train ride to Mittenwald in Germany,

If you only have a short time in Innsbruck and want to pack a lot in, this is a great hotel. A little pricey due to the location, but worth it. It was right in old town and several sites were within a few minutes walking distance. Great to be able to stop in during the day to freshen up. Could walk (10 mins) to the train to go up to the funicular. Not much to the room - very simple, but bed was comfortable. Wifi worked one day and then was out the next. Staff the first night was okay, but woman on the desk the next day was very friendly. Breakfast was good and you could fill up and be satisfied for most of the day. (Coffee was satisfactory.)

The Weisses Kreuz (White Crosses) is exactly he kind of place one should stay when traveling to see the world. It has olde worlde style, olde worlde history (Mozart stayed here, which they will make no small point of), and is situated in heart of olde world Innsbruck, one of the most outrageously fabulous cities I've ever seen. Weisses Kreuz staff is responsive, but not in your face. The hotel is on the best tourist street in town, and if your room overlooks it, all the better.

In Innsbruck you cannot find an hotel in a better location and closer to more local attractions. It is a charming historical building that was visited also by Wolfang Amadeus Mozart. If you like modern building it's not for you, but if you like old style intriguing buildings this is the best place you can stay in. Breakfast is very good and waiters are very kind and helpful. Definitively a great place in a wonderful city!

I loved this place! It is on the BEST street, so quaint and lovely, just a few feet from the Golden Roof. There is loads of shopping and restaurants right outside the door. Its in a safe, clean area. A short walk to public transportation. [...]checked us in and was very sweet and very helpful. The downside to being on such a great street is that its very noisy at night so we had to shut the windows. There is no air conditioning but we requested a fan and that helped a lot. We also requested extra pillows and they were very obliging! The free breakfast buffet was great! There were lots of meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, strudel, coffee etc. Definitely the best breakfast we had in Europe. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The rooms were tiny but that was to be expected. The hotel is full of so much history and is in the most ideal location right in the heart of old town. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the middle of the old town. Clean rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast provided was great. Was a great central location from which to walk around the Old Town of Innsbruck. Very reasonable for the high level of service - will stay there again when in town.

this hotel was a great location! right in the middle of old town and steps away from the golden roof. the hotel is very cute and charming. you definitely feel like you are staying in austria!

I only stayed one night, but the staff was spectacular, the location amazing and convenient and the room and hotel very cute, quiet and nice. The staff was probably the best part. They were so helpful and even brought out breakfast for me at 5AM because I had to leave earlier than the normal start time of 7. SO AWESOME and kind!

This is one of a few hotels right in the center of the old town in Innsbruck. It's the best location of any hotel I saw while there. Just steps from a bunch of restaurants and bars and only a 15 minute walk from the train station. I give the hotel 4 stars, but that's relative for the price. As far as value is concerned, it doesn't get much better for this location. The rooms are a bit dated (some cracking in the furniture, etc.), but the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Decent breakfast. One internet terminal that you need coins to use. Helpful desk staff too.

The location is fantastic. You are in walking distance to many historical and fun things to do in Innsbruck. The bad is the main street in front of the hotel is very busy and noisy at night. This is from midnight to daylight. Even though it is a mall like street, the buildings are very close and echoes throughout the 3 blocks that the hotel is on.

Very freindly staff. In a perfect spot for exploring town and close enough to rail station to walk. Lovely hotel
