Management and staff are the absolute nicest people!! Hotel is old, outdated and definitely needs some work put into it if they want to attract guests to stay there. Very limited parking. Homeless are all around the property during our stay as we were hopeful management would run them off, but to no avail. Rooms are very outdated. Thin walls as you can hear literally everything. (hearing the bed bouncing off the wall in a neighboring room wasn't exactly pleasant) Tub and shower wall around the window has deterring holes in it. Beds were rough. TV's do not give a good or clear picture The price is ok as we picked this hotel due to the pictures listed. The pictures are a tad bit deceptive. Very close to Sofi Stadium. And I will say again... The hotel staff are the absolute nicest people!!!

It was not what i expected. The pictures do not go with the real thing. I was very disappointed. Very ghetto and i didn't feel that safe around there. I definitely won't stay there again.

Nice size rooms for the price you pay. The place has a cool vibe to it.

Unsafe environment. Windows would not lock. Room was in back parking lot, dark and sketchy. Lights in room did not work.

the place was kind of ghetto, the room they put me in didnt look like it was cleaned before i got it there was personal items in the roomleft from the last person the head of house keeping was rude the actually house keepers although nice didnt clean very well. i had to buy cleaning products because the tub was dirty and the shower had soap scum and water build up. the shuttle bus was not organized at all i asked if i could be taken to the casino which it says they do they said yes when i went to go that driver didnt want to go so they said no they dont do that any more the other driver said she does. The receptionist where not polite or inviting they didnt

Fun environment, needs cleanliness and new furniture, manager was never on site

It was filthy unsafe and not at all what it was represented to be in the add. The manager Frank Martini is rude and unprofessional and aggressive. I checked out 20 minutes after arriving. The shuttle service never shiwed up.

Room was infested with roaches. As soon as we entered the room and tur ed the light on roaches started running everywhere. I spoke to the receptionist she notify no availabity of other rooms. I wanted to talk to management and no one was available for night shift. Requested to get my money back and was notify i had to talk to management which no one was available. Never staying again there.

The property is close to the airport with free shuttle service. The room was terrible with cockroaches and bugs everywhere. The ceiling in the shower was falling down so we couldn't use it. The towel rack was behind the bathroom door so we couldn't open it very far. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

We did NOT stay it appeared to be false advertisement. Its was a filthy front desk area with a disgusting bar in lobby area. People coming out were obvious one night stand type of people and appeared ratty and drugged. The picture in your website looks nothing like the actual place. I smelled like nasty. I would really like a refund. The two ladies in the front that we spoke to were rude and couldnt even look at us in the eyes.

Friendly staff, Airport shuttle, in-room Mini Bar, heated pool and on site restaurant/bar. I've been staying there once a year for 4 years now and have never had an issue. It's not the Hilton but for a hostel it is very good.

How close it was to the airport and the meeting that I had to intend while I was in Los Angeles

The worst place ever, checked out 2 hours later, was never refunded purpose. Horrible rooms, staff, and partied and loud music. Bed was hard, could hear everything.

Clean, nice staff, affordable, stayed for 5 days, heated pool, restraunt.
