Very clean. Small kitchette stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal (utensils). Cleaning supplies to wash the dishes. Very impressed. Breakfast buffet good selection. Pancake maker, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, variety of pastries, cereal and yogurt. Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff. I would stay here agin if in the area

Everything was more or less as I would expect from a Best Western. The only issue I had was the AC was turned off when I entered the room and when I finally got into bed the sheets felt damp from the room being so humid during the day.

The was a nice looking modern Hotel. Minus the really strong smell when we walked in. This smell continued into the next morning in the down stairs area. The room was sweet with a small kitchenette. The Breakfast was good minus the gravy had a little too much pepper. lol Pretty kewl pool and Jacuzzi, but we didn't make it in time to try it out.

First of all, I received a call from Orbitz saying my reserved room was no longer available (as per a hotel rep) so they were offering me a free upgrade. But when I arrived I got no free upgrade. Second, the gym was empty; if wanted to do any physical activity there was a bag of items at the front desk to use. Third, the breakfast ran out of food before time was up. Fourth, my room’s toilet seal had to be fixed in the middle of our stay. While I’m fine with them fixing it, they did not clean the bathroom afterward, meaning there was caulk pieces on the floor, smeared toilet water, and the toilet screw covers not returned to the toilet. Despite all of that, the staff was great! They were kind, understanding, pleasant to work with, and they even gave me one of my nights for free! I would go here again as it was a good experience overall. I just wish there weren’t so many issues. So overall a “pleasing” rating.
