Upon booking, Orbitz states that you need to check-in before midnight however I arrived at 11 and they had said the person checking people in has already left for the evening. I needed to wait for a long time before the security could even get me into the room using the master key. Furthermore, they did not give me a key.

The only problem was finding the place to check-in. The hotel is inside a gated resort community. The check-in window is diagonally across the street from the hotel and you have to walk through a restaurant to get to it. No one told us this, even though we asked the guard at the front gate for directions to the hotel and even though we called the hotel number for help. It took us 50 minutes to find it. Later that night, when we had super loud partying neighbors, we called the hotel number and no one answered. The next day, however, the person at the check-in window was very helpful and gave us a new room. The room itself was very comfortable and the whole resort area is very pretty.

Difficulty in checking in. Pool was closed. Property dirty. No housekeeping. TV not functioning.

Location. Some general "sprucing up" would be helpful.

Location is great. Room smelled a little and looked tired, hot tub was broken.

Very spacious! Nice and clean and the pool is open. Community is very quiet highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay other than my tv not working I enjoyed the piece and quiet. The pool was just right I would definitely stay there again.

Nice staff...great location...only issue is the check in times...7pm is a very early time to close front desk and not make it easy to find out how to check in.

Front desk closed until 8am so no early check-out.

We needed a place that was not too expensive as this was just for one night at the end of our vacation. We were driving home from LA to Phoenix. Due to traffic, we got there late. We tried to call but couldn't reach anyone. The security person at the gate gave us our keys though so that was fine. The room did have an odd smell that seemed to be coming from the a/c so I turned that off. It was about 3 miles off the freeway so if you're looking for something closer, this might not be the place. The room was very large but it could use to be updated but again we were only looking to spend the night to have break from driving after being on a plane for 12 hours and driving back from LA. The only other thing is you could hear people outside the room. Both those that were coming in after being out all night and those who were leaving early (like 3 am)

I ease of access for handicapped individuals. Our room was all the way in the back of the building with no nearby parking and a sfaircase to climb was difficult for me.

When to a concert at Fantasy Springs & this was about 10 minutes away, rooms were large

Been surprised that in the little kitchen there wasn’t a sink. You had to go to the bathroom.Walls need a new painting. There were holes and black lines on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling fan worked when I walked inside and I turned it off. When I checked out I tried to put it back on and it didn’t work anymore. So the place inside needs work .Premises nice.Inside amenities -good.Quiet and well protected place. Easy to find.

We just needed a place to sleep at night while we were exploring the area but we wanted a little more upscale.. We didn't check out any of the amenities offered by this resort, so we can't comment on those. Our room was spacious and clean. Our five day stay went very quietly and smoothly. The only times we went to the front desk were upon check-in and check-out. We were able to park close to our room every night.

The layout of the bathrom is cramped and the beds are hard as rocks.

Big rooms but beds not very comfortable. Great location!

Thank you for your stay with us and for sharing your experience with other travelers. We apologize for any inconvenience while staying at the hotel. Our hotel is located in the security gate and after closing the front desk, it will solve all hotel backup keys and other problems at the main security gate. However, We will think more about this issue.
