Located in Indio, California, home to festivals and concerts and surrounded by mountains and blue skies, residents enjoy a lifestyle supported by extensive amenities which include golf, tennis, pickleball, and indoor and outdoor pools. The 20,000 square foot clubhouse houses a beautiful ballroom, grill room and bar, library, craft room, card rooms, and billiard room. Adjacent buildings provide a fitness center, dance rehearsal room, the Heritage Room, which hosts meetings, groups, and small gatherings, and administrative and maintenance facilities.
