Home has lovely patio with table, chairs, two lounge chairs, sitting area, large cooler and gas BBQ (utensils provided), pull down shade and misters on the patio.

This is a well cared for private home with two suites, both with en-suite bathrooms, plus two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms adjoins the second suite with its own door for privacy. All rooms come with storage space, hangers and luggage racks. Extra blankets are placed for your use throughout the home. There is a third full bathroom in the hall adjacent to the laundry room. The laundry room is fully stocked. In the home you will find three TVs with Spectrum Cable that stream Netflix and Prime. We keep a roation of streaming services that may inlude: netflix, hulu, prime, paramount, HBO, Apple TV.

The kitchen is fully stocked with service for 10. Keurig machine for guest use. The large dining table can accommodate 10-12 when expanded and extra chairs are provided. Additional seating at the kitchen bar. Large folding table for use outside or inside.

As our guests you will have full access to the amenities of Indian Palms Country Club. This community is gated and patrolled by a security service. There is a full gym for your use, class schedule will be provided or can be picked up when you sign in. The club has three pools and hot tubs to choose from, multiple tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocce ball courts. There is a small restaurant and bar at the Clubhouse adjacent to the Pro Shop and for fee golf is available.

Parking for two vehicles in the driveway and 1-2 vehicles in the garage - please note that parking is limited, we try to accommodate our guests by providing passes for street parking when we are able, these are limited by the HOA

Guests are responsible for reading, understanding and following house rules and check in procedures which are provided after booking. Rental agreement sent via DocuSign after booking. Credit card deposit may be required depending on previous reviews and rental history. Damage and cleaning deposit required on all festival stays and all stays longer than 15 days.
