A lot of history has been made at Bermuda Dunes. The Club participated in 50 of the Bob Hope PGA Classic Tournaments. It was the site of Arnold Palmer’s first Classic win in 1960 as well as his last PGA Tour win in 1973. Celebrities and professionals from around the world have played the “traditional classic” style course and it is also a course that is ideal for all kinds of golfers.

Hollywood celebrities Clark Gable, Cary Grant, William Holden, Eddie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds, Patti Page and Bill Gargan were among the first property owners in Bermuda Dunes Country Club, no doubt drawn like others to the views of towering palms, sparkling freshwater lakes, desert terrain and the snow-capped peaks of the San Jacinto Mountains.

The space:
This house is so comfortable, quiet, and has it all! There are 3 smart TVs in the house and a high-speed network for all of your Internet needs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there is an outdoor barbeque. There is also an amazing, covered patio with an outdoor table that seats 6. There are lounge chairs on the patio and pool area as well as pool chairs for everyone to relax.

The pool and spa are amazing and so relaxing. There is a $30 charge per day for heating the pool and SPA.

Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The world famous La Quinta Resort is a 10-12 minute drive. It’s architecture, grounds, shopping, dining, spa and golf amenities and make it a "must do" experience.

For those who desire fresh air activities, you are 1 mile away from the Tennis Gardens (easy walk), and many restaurants and shopping to explore right around the corner on Hwy 111 or on Washington 1 mile away.

Other things to note:
This is NOT a party house! The minimum age requirement is 25. This home is in a very private/gated country club. Most neighbors are full time residents. There is a lot of privacy with this house, but there are strict guidelines to ensure a successful 30+ night rental is fun and relaxing here. We want your group to have fun but need you to be respectful of our neighbors and the community. For any deliveries, make sure you direct the drivers to the main gate at the intersection of Adams and Avenue 42.
Please read carefully the following House Rules and Good Neighbor policies by Riverside County. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am daily.
2. No outside amplified noise 24/7. Any music played must be inside and inaudible at the property line.
3. Pool & Spa heating is NOT included and requires an additional fee of $30 per day. Please use responsibly and turn off spa immediately after use. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time if you'd like to heat the pool.
4. Swim at your own risk. Pool goes from 3 ft on the shallow end to 7 ft on the deep end. No lifeguard on duty. No glass by the pool. No eating in the pool. No running or diving.
5. Turn off outdoor gas grill immediately after use.
6. Guest is responsible for cleaning all dishes and putting them away before checkout. Guest is responsible for taking out the trash. Trash bins and recycling bin are located on the side of the house.
7. Owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay.
8. Guests shall cover any damage made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
