Room was dirty and I killed four bugs in my room throughout the night. Burn holes in the blankets, terrible mattress. Burns on all the surfaces and the standard def TV was in a cabinet that was beat to crap. paid 50 bucks, room felt like I spent 50 bucks

The hotel was perfect for our trip to Indy, needing to be close to downtown with a tight budget. The rooms were clean, but admittedly small. The staff was extremely friendly. They helped us with a few things, and overall were exceptionally nice and helpful people. The first impressions only improved by interacting with them. They did confuse their own booking system in the beginning, leading to our 3-day confirmation being keyed as 1-day, leaving us concerned that we'd be billed incorrectly. They didn't clean the room the second day, which was a bit odd. Overall, exceptional value - great staff - clean rooms!

Every one on staff was so friendly and this place was nice and clean. Worth every penny

It was very convenient for our trip to the 500 for the weekend.

The hotel seemed at first like a renovated bowling alley with an indoor pool in the front lobby. I missed my flight, so I was trying to call the front desk for hours to confirm my reservation and late check-in. They never answered the phone. When I arrived at 12:45am, there was a domestic dispute in the lobby and the police were being called. The front desk lady was nice and apologetic. When I finally got checked in, I could hear people arguing down the hall. My room was clean and comfortable. There was no clothes iron, hair dryer, alarm clock, or telephone. The people that lived/visited/hung out around the hotel seemed disgruntled and were pretty loud.

Bad area of town. No ice or snack machines. Had no alarm clock but then found on last day behind table along eith a pocket knife. Rooms air conditioning was turned off when we got there and room was very hot. The air unit had no knobs and had a sign on it that said it was controlled by a central location. I tried calling the front desk but there was no answer and ended up having to walk down there and the clerk was walking in from outside. The construction worker thst was working behind the desk that I guess also worked there told me that the control was on the wall. I dont recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It's affordable, in a great location (not right in the city but a short distance away from most attractions). The sheets weren't terribly comfortable, but it was fine for a night.

ROOM WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, CARPET BURNS AND CURTIN RIPPED AND TORN, NO ICE NO POOL AND NOBODY CAME TO CLEAN MY ROOM,. HAIR ON THE BEDDING,,,THIS PLACE WE SIMPLY A DUMP,,,,GANG BANGERS DRINKING ANF SMOKING DOPE IN PARKING LOT,,,,,,,,,NEVER AGAIN......IF I HAD THE FAMILY I WOULD HAVE NEVER STAYED,,,HORRIBLE PLACE

Definitely a bare-bones place. Very unusual frontage - does not strike you as an actual hotel from the street - more like maybe a tire store - until you get into the parking lot. Friendly group of gentlemen drinking and smoking in the parking lot, possibly laborers form the lobby renovation, greeted us and one opened the door for us. Carpets in the hallways not the cleanest. But beds very comfortable, TV and internet worked fine. Neighbors up talking and occasionally banging a cupboard door until about 1:45am. A two-star hotel with no breakfast in the morning. For the price, very worthwhile.

Great value! Staff were friendly, rooms were tidy, good location near shopping and freeways. One thing was peculiar. They made us sign two waivers and copied Our IDs. A little unusual but no big deal. Indoor pool was closed during our stay but looked nice. Will likely stay there again in the future.

Rooms had a damp smell and it stuck to the clothes. Room was clean though. No breakfast served. For the price location was great only 10 minutes away from downtown.
