Place is fine, nothing to write home about. The main issue we had was the fire alarm broke. When I say broke, I mean went off and on five times in a span of 40 minutes at 9:30 - 10:10. This would have been annoying on its own, but we had a ten month year old trying to sleep. This caused over an hour of us trying to calm him down and then the alarm would go off (extremely loud, hurting his ears) again for a minute then stop... We would be close to having him back down then it would go off again. We had people with pillows trying to block the firs alarm noise as well so it wouldn't hurt his ears. Talk about an awful way to start the night. Won't be staying here again.

Renee Reeves is fantastic!! She was so helpful & friendly when we checked in for the week of National FFA Convention. Renee went out of her way to make all of us feel welcome & she was so helpful letting us know that our kids could go to the gym down the street to swim. Renee & her service deserves 5 stars!!! Now, Paula & the gentleman that worked during the day were less than friendly. From noticing us walking in with 8 kids and running to remove the fresh cookies to being absolutely no help when we were asking for recommendations for places to eat. Their customer service is severely lacking. We enjoy staying places we feel welcome and the treatment we have received from Paula and the other gentleman has not been a desirable quality that displays great customer service. You are in the hospitality industry & your customer service is lacking. The ONLY person that has been friendly or helpful to our group is Renee. It's very sad that our group has spent over $3000 to stay here this week and our stay has been tainted by poor customer service & treatment. We will be contacting the GM, Raquel Garcia and whoever is her District manager to ensure they are aware of the poor Customer Service that has been displayed. We can deal with the smell of food permeating the halls, fire alarms going off late at night, and a lack of extra towels & pillows, but poor customer service is not something that should ever be experienced when your primary business is in the hospitality industry. ****And**** we booked three 2 bedroom suites that were supposed to be QUEEN size beds, however they are only FULL size. You might want to check your measurements, a Queen Size bed should measure 60" wide by 80" long NOT 54" wide by 75" long. I'm sure there is a price difference between booking queen size vs a full size and to be honest there should be a refund for not providing the rooms we booked as advertised.

we have stayed in a number of Towne Place suite hotels in the last several years. generally they are newer hotels and I assumed that this one would be no different. I was completely surprised! This hotel feels really more like a motel. it is old and kind of yucky. given the price, I would expect a lot more! there were a number of people drinking beer in the parking lot until all hours of the night… Not sure if they were guests or not but they did not pick up their bottles! The only saving grace for this hotel was the manager. he was so kind and sweet and excited about this property that we couldn't have complained because we wouldn't want to hurt his feelings:) seriously. I would never in 1 million years recommend staying at this hotel.

Just wanted to let people who are looking to stay at towneplace suite Indianapolis that I had bed bugs in my room. I went to the reception and the lady called the manager and was informed to give me a one day credit because I showed her all the bites on my arm. They told me they were going to send orka pest control to take a look at the room. They came back to me and Said the room had no bed bugs. I never experienced bed bugs but I googled it and everything was heading to bed bugs bites. I had about 100 of them. There is no way it could have been something else. Anyway just wanted to warn you about it. Also the smell in the room was bad the toaster was not working the microwave vas not working the shower liner was dirty. I need to say that the people who was working there were very nice.

My family of four recently stayed at TownePlace Keystone, our two boys totally enjoyed the two week stay here. The staff go out of their way to help get your needs fulfilled especially if you have kids staying with you. This place is centrally located and convenient for shopping and dining. Raquel, Precious and Renee were wonderful to us and since we were new to the city provided great local tips. Will definitely go back here whenever i have to spend time at Keystone.

Recently stayed here for work. What a great hotel and wonderful staff. Great hotel for an extended stay or just an overnighter. Rooms have full kitchens, large refrigerator, and even a dishwasher. Would definitely stay again

I concur with the review that couldn't understand how the rating of this place is so high? Poor job cleaning the room, no extra pillows, smells, embarrassing pool and breakfast area...I could go on and on....I typically trust Marriotts, but this place is horrible. Stay at the Hyatt.

The friendly staff doesn't make up for the wet dog and moldy smell in the hallways and rooms. It's an extended stay type place so they rent rooms to companies like At&T where every employee has a big commercial truck that takes up the parking. Pets everywhere. Everyone hangs out in the parking lot drinking beer. It feels like a temporary shelter for people displaced by a natural disaster. Parking is a nightmare here!!! The layout puts you at dead ends, where you then have to back up a few hundred yards when the spots are full (which is always!) You end up having to park in a dark corner not near any entrance. This is like an apartment complex with several units, not one large building. The pool is right in the parking lot lol. Not exactly the best ambiance. The location is pretty good if you need to be in Keystone. And the little shop in the lobby area is handy. But really, I can't wait to get out of this place!!!!

This property is in a great location, plenty of restaurant and store,as well as nite life.clean rooms and property, nice pool, great breakfast in the morning, thank you Lizzie and Sara. Renee at the front desk checked me in and showed me where everything was.ALlen at the front desk in the evening was alway there to help or answer where any place I was looking for.i will be back again to stay at this property.

This hotel seems dated and worn, even shabby. Our room was quiet but the bed was a bit lumpy. The comforter was ripped and the bath fixtures had a soapy film. The carpet was frayed in spots and the closet door was chipped near the floor. We just stayed overnight while visiting relatives so didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked and fairly spacious. I much preferred a Fairfield Inn that we stayed in a different night on this trip.
