No breakfast when they said therea breakfast online
bullet hole in the wall, comforter had burn holes, unpainted repairs to the walls, missing lightbulbs and broken lamps. visible electrical wiring. Breakfast was frozen eggos on a dirty tray
Computer problems made checking in a nightmare. Third in line, 15 minutes per person mean it took me 45 minutes to get checked in. Wireless kept dropping. Had to get my key recharged every night.
One of the few motels providing breakfast, instead of using CovId as an excuse not to.
I can let a lot slide when it comes to a cheap hotel because you get what you pay for right? But unfortunately this Super 8 is now beyond gross on many levels. I stayed there once before 2 years ago and it was 'fine'. This time (Oct 21-24) there were several cockroaches in my room each night I stayed there (I have video clips! ha). The bathroom light stopped working after the first night. All the hallways and stairs inside the (large) property were honestly disgusting. They haven't been vacuumed or cleaned well in a long time. The facility and rooms smell musty and gross. The overall feeling of the place is extremely unhealthy and unpleasant, and I couldn't wait to get out of there when my reservation ended. Again, it's a cheap room, so there's going to be a lesser quality experience but this was way beyond. I think Wyndham Properties really needs to step in and take over this property and help the owners redo the place.
Room is ok..tv channels very poor
Didn't like the small bugs crawling on floor. The so called breakfast was really embarrassing to call frozen thawed out egos as waffles and stale donut holes. Sour orange juice. For two people only had one set of towels
It was trash! Bugs, holes in floor, dirty carpeting, absolute filth!
It was nice having a curved shower bar so the shower was very roomy the bathroom was nice the beds were comfortable. There was half a wall in the room that was not painted it was still White. About 11:30 at night the electricity in the whole hotel went off when it came back on the fire alarms sounded for a good minute. Then again around 1 the same thing happened with the fire alarms going off again and at 2 the electricity went off and was off or probably about 10 or 15 minutes so it was starting to get a little warm in the room and when it did come back on and the fire alarms went off to the third time my four-year-old son was catatonic by then because he was so scared of the noise and he kept asking if we could leave and I felt horrible trying to calm him down. Then when we went down for breakfast we arrived at 9:02 and there was absolutely nothing to eat and I realized that the breakfast ended at 9 but considering for three hours we were up listening to alarms and not having electricity I thought it would be nice to at least get something we can grab and take with us and the staff just stared at us like we were idiots.
