The hotel is nearly empty. There couldn't have been 10 rooms of 340 occupied. In four days our room was never cleaned, even after asking twice. The entire building has a lingering foul odor of mold and mustiness. Shame on Orbitz for lusting this as a 3 star hotel.

First, Nobody answers their phone when trying to call. Elevator not working. Ice machine floor not working. Bathtub dirty. Toilet leaked when flushed due to too much pressure. Overall, tried to not be in hotel as much as possible.

I would give this hotel a good review. The only bad thing is we could have used extra pillows and blankets because we had 2 kids sleeping on cots (they never brought them). They also did not give us very many towels for the bathroom, but we did not ask for extra. The pool was nice but the hot tub was cold. The breakfast was good. It really was a fancy hotel, it just did not have many guests (not sure why not??)

The lobby and main area have a New Orleans motif instead of the usual sterile lobby. Excellent staff who were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The elevator creaked but moved quickly up and down. The room was clean with plenty of room for two adults although it did show dating. The shower only had warm water, not hot, but plenty warm enough for a shower. The hot breakfast was closer to a continental breakfast but the person who was responsible for the breakfast items was very helpful and attentive to our needs, including keeping coffee available. There were 12 in our group and we had a pleasant experience because of the excellent service and reasonable to good accommodations.

the staff is very helpful, helping to fix the TV right away. The washroom have small insects, need to sanitize. Bed was comfortable.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The room was dirty, they ran out of towels even though the water park was closed and barely any guests! No blankets on the bed! The lamps in the room had no light bulbs! The phone in the room was outdated, buttons didn't work and it was from the Holiday Inn express! I tried to call and receive assistance and no one answered the phone! And the continental breakfast was worst then free breakfast in public school! The elevators were banged up and rocked side to side! And then the view out my window was the overflowing dumpster outside.

Free breakfast was advertised; well they had no breakfast the day I stayed!

The place has the feel of a hotel that used to be pretty swanky, but has fallen on hard times. Everything is just...meh. Kind of underwhelming.

Room was not ready when we checked in after 4pm check-in. Only 1 elevator was working at the time of check-in. Most ice machines were not working. Room wasn't fully cleaned. Room door was damaged and not secure.Hotel had my Orbitz confirmation, but found out during check-out they didn't honor the Orbitz price because someone forgot to put my discounted rates in their hotel computer. Waiting to see if they resolve the issue, but manager hasn't returned our calls. Front desk claimed they could not correct the rates without manager approval.

The hotel was dead. Very few guests. The water park was closed. It was like walking down the hallway in the Shining when I was going to my room. The lobby was dark and quiet. The women at the front desk was very nice. The room was just ok. Nothing great.

It was not to bad. My kids enjoyed the pool, just wished the Waterpark was open.

Breakfast consisted of Apple jacks, bagels, fresh fruit and brownies. Milk was cuddles in machine. You have to ask for other drinks at the cafe. Room was clean but missing information book, television didn't get a clear photo, phone didn't work properly and advertised room service they dont have. Bed didn't have a blanket. Indoor pool was fantastic and a great temp but hot tub was cold. Restaurant in atrium was closed.

Key cards never worked Hot tub broken Water park closed Bathroom was gross House keeping left at midnight No restaurants were open We left a night early.

There was no hot water in the whole building the hot tub was cold there is puke by the pool that has been cleaned up it needs updating I booked two rooms and spent way too much money on them On top of the waterpark being out of service. The worst part was no hot water when you took a shower.

It wasn't horrible. I do feel they need to do some updating with the guest rooms, but that was my only issue. Sadly, the water park was closed for renovation while we were there but they had a nice hot tub and pool that we got to enjoy. Their free breakfast was probably one of the best I have ever had as a complimentary breakfast.

1st, the water park shown on the website was closed, had been for 4 months, found this out at checkin, hand type written sign at first hidden from view telling of it being closed for renovations, even though no construction and/or repairs were going on. But still had handmade signs in hall area's directing you to said waterpark. Hotel itself was nothing like the website also, dirty and of major repairs, if we could have gotten out of our reservation we would have. Just so very disappointed! Towels were old and felt like sandpaper. I hope you will do something to make us whole! thank you!

Upon check in they informed us that the water park was closed for renovation. Which was the purpose of our stay and was not mentioned anywhere on there website. After we made the trip there we had limited options but to stay. We were planning at eating at the restaurant in the hotel which was closed along with Noble Romans located in the hotel and the only option was take out pub food with our 2 year old daughter. We opted to leave and eat elsewhere which was probably the best thing about the trip. The hotel is run down. There was stray hairs all over the bathroom and makeup stains on sheets. The stairwell smelled like urine and I even found feces on the stairs. My husband informed the front desk. To my surprise it was still there in the morning. Do not bring your family here.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and customer service. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. However, the icy showers due to lack of hot water, and the funky smell of the room were huge let-downs. The rooms definitely need updating, as many things showed a lot of wear and tear, and the bathrooms really looked rough. Clean, but very old and not well maintained. Again, if not for the staff, we would have asked for a refund, but those with whom we spoke were all fabulous and very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend at the current time, but if updates are made I certainly would.

The staff was very nice. If you are choosing this hotel for the water park it is closed for the season/repairs. The pool/hot tub area was larger than most hotels and clean. It is a well worn hotel, showing it's age.

Hotel should be shut down. Curtains are see through. Rooms are nasty. No hot water. No iron board. Water marks on ceiling. Carpet disgusting. Stay away
