I wasn’t comfortable w the cleanliness in general & the bathroom was a mess. . . Bathroom r Mirror was smeared so badly we couldn’t even use it

the stay was nice nice place have never stayed there before the only thing wrong was the dope smell around the elevaters i never understand why someone want to smell like skunk other than that the stay was fine also i thing they should leave the juice machine on a little past 10am

Checked into a dirty room without towels or pillows, teenagers smoking outside my window all night. Management and staff are asleep at the wheel.

My room had roaches!!! I noticed while getting dressed and immediately packed my family's belongings, had them brush their teeth in the hotel lobby, and checked out. I left my number so that I could speak to the manager and she never called. I also tried to contact corporate through the website, but kept getting an error message. I do not recommend this location for other travelers and suggest it be downgraded from it's current rating. How disgusting!!!

First, we waited for the airport shuttle for over an hour (the shuttle attendant was great once he arrived). Second the front office staff was unprofessional. I understand that "work stinks" but the guest should never feel like you are thinking that. Third, the room was pretty dirty and filthy in places. We weren't given any wash cloths. When I asked for wash cloths, I was met with a sigh and only given one because that was all she had. I had to use that one wash cloth to clean my hotel room. There was some goop on the nightstand and whatever was on the remote control turned the towel black. You can hear the airport and big rigs all night. I was awoken at 5:50am by the vaccuming in the hallway.

Good location. Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Good price. I'd stay here again.

Nice hotel, nice staff. They were very accommodating. We requested extra towels (traveling with children) and they were brought to our room right away. Had to extend to an extra night. There were no problems. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Staff was a bit rude and parking limited. The room was okay for the one night I was there.

Room was clean, and comfortable. Desk staff was ok, water took FOREVER to warm up in the shower, which was a weird walk in shower. Don't put anything on the bathroom floor because it will be soaked!

breakfast was great...they actually had real eggs...wish they had bacon...

Stayed overnight before my early flight and left my car for $5 a day.

Drove 3 1/2 hours to arrive and the manager on duty I believe was Miranda tells me sorry no double queen rooms ready..I was a little confused as I reserved the room on my credit card 2 days prior to arriving. Also we arrived at 7pm..it clearly states check in is at 3pm. Second, we go.into our room after waiting 30 minutes to check in (again ridiculous) turn on TV to find it only has 3 working channels. I head to front desk to let them know they tell me it's going to be a few hours? Umm..ok. so me and my brother head right across to the windham (where we should have stayed) returned few hours later the guy opens another room grabs tv and brings it in our room right in front of us. A little weird, but if you were going to do that all along why not just do that when I notified you instead of saying it would be a few hours?! This place also says free wifi..not only could I not log in on computer in main lobby while we waited 30 mins to check into a room I reserved 2 days prior, but also the 2 nights we stayed were unable to connect to there so called free wifi. Also let management know they just acted like they didn't care said oh yea it should be back running in a little while. How on earth is this how u treat someone who is spending money to stay there when there are plenty of other places to stay at. WILL NEVER RETURN!

Staff was friendly. Rooms were worn out. Breakfast was not bad, but not as described. Furniture needs replaced. Carpet needs to be replaced. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Had ground floor Room window with no screen open and I could not close it. It took two calls to front desk and one hour later it was closed

Don't book here. We had a prepaid reservation through Orbitz. We arrived a bit before check-in time, and talked to an employee at the desk; there weren't any rooms ready for early check-in, so we asked if there would be any problem checking in late, after we got out of the convention. She assured us that late check-in would not be a problem -- past 3AM might be risky, but any earlier would be fine. We got back a bit after midnight. The woman on duty at that point gave us a bit of a runaround, but it eventually came out that they had sold our room "because it's another day". Despite the assurance of the hotel employee that afternoon (who told us she made a note on our reservation that we'd be in late), despite the "guaranteed late check in" notice on both their website and our confirmation e-mail from Orbitz, and despite the fact that they had nothing posted to suggest that the check-in window ended at midnight (or any time), we had no room. When we finally got to talk to the General Manager, rather than doing anything to resolve the situation she simply threaten to have us forcibly removed if we didn't leave. My wife (who has spent more time working at hotels than any decent person deserves), is fairly certain that they deliberately overbooked that night hoping some people wouldn't check in, and when we *did*, instead of owning up to what they were doing they tried to turn around the blame on us. The entire process was incredibly unprofessional.

Shuttle service was awesome. Room was comfortable. Room rate was very reasonable. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

They forgot our wake up call it was an ok hotel I would stay again

I only stayed one night here but everything was very nice. The room was large, clean and the bed very comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel but it had everything I needed. Everything was in good repair and clean.

roaches!!!

I do not recommend this location for other travelers and suggest it be downgraded from it's current rating. How disgusting!!!

Room was clean, and comfortable. Desk staff was ok, water took FOREVER to warm up in the shower, which was a weird walk in shower. Don't put anything on the bathroom floor because it will be soaked!
