Business trip while pucking up equipment. Quality Inn was conveniently located just off interstate 70 at Greenfield, IN.

Regular hotel amenities but we were at the end of the building and the wifi wouldnt work. Staff didnt seem to care.

The hotel has a good location. When I arrived, the parking lot was mostly empty. Which is good because sometimes it's hard to find a good spot. When you first walk in, the lobby looks nice and clean. Went to our room, it was at the end of the hallway, first floor. The hallway is kind of dirty and has an odd smell. I'm usually okay with that since the rooms tend to be better. At first glance, the room seemed okay. As I started checking, the first thing I noticed was that the courtain was ripped. It bothered me since the window was facing the parking lot and there were a lot of people outside smoking. I'm traveling with my girlfriend and she was uncomfortable since you could see cleary inside the room. Second, there were spider webs and a lot of dust in almost every corner- like if nobody had bother to even clean that. The most disgusting part though was that when I was trying to fix the pillow case, I noticed the pillows were full of sweat marks and other yellowish stains. I paid almost 90 dollars for the night. Money NOT worth it.

I arrived late and weary from being on the road all day. Check-in was easy and quick. Always nice to see a smiling face at the counter, makes me feel welcome. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. I would highly reccoment this motel.

overall it was a good experience room was clean bed was comfortable I didnt like the fact that there was a half use roll of paper still in the bathroom, the fact that the tv was screw to the the wood made it near impossible to plug a dvd or a computer to the tv. Also, there were several people right outside the door smoking they should have designated areas to smoke and if they did they should implement their own policies, no ice machine on the second floor other.

clean room, courteous staff, close to restaurants, great rate, good breakfast

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: It started with friendly staff ,we were looking for quick easy access to I70 this was as close and easy as it gets. There were many close options for our evening meal , either sit down or the entire fast food family. Our normal Indy visit takes us more to the west side and the differences between the two experiences were like night and day .

Very Good, We stay here every year for races at Indy

Loved motel at first until kid's sports team checked in.No parent supervision at all.I guess they wanted to be their kids friends,NOT their parents.Desk staff should have handled problem without a call to complain. It is not my job to request a person to do their job.I complained at check out and rec'd a 25% off my next stay.It should have been a 100% off my next visit because I did not have a chance to do what I was there for---To Sleep.A bad experience at what could have been a fine place to stay.

Terrible. Only thing was good location right off interstate. Called 5 days ahead requesting an early check in and was told that would be fine. Got to the hotel and had to wait for 3 hours while i watched the unfriendly front desk girl take people's names waiting for rooms to be cleaned and skipped over ours numerous times. After an awful first impression we used the shower and there was no hot water that day or the following two. The next day we ventured out and upon returning to the hotel we could not get in because our keys did not work. We had to go around to the front desk and have our keys re-programmed by the manager because we were told that the front desk attendant from the day before had only given customers keys with access for one day and the manager had been dealing with the problem all day. To top it off there were numerous insects which had to be killed in the room which was not pleasant considering this is a Quality Inn and I expect more from Choice Hotels.

This was a pretty average hotel, clean, nice enough. Nothing special, but good enough.

Every was decently nice, but they did close the "complimentary hot breakfast" 30 mins early. So we were unable to eat before getting back on the road home.
