The staff is friendly, the hotel is quiet, and most importantly, it is clean. We appreciated the good value and the good breakfast. This is a normal Comfort Inn with a refrigerator and microwave. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. We recommend it.

This was our second stay, the first having been several years ago. It was cleaner than before but furniture is dated and the bed sheets so thin you can almost see through them. We did not eat breakfast but others in our group said it was fine. Service is fine. The owners need to clean up the messiness to make it more appealing. Behind the front desk: papers strewn on the floor with other debris. Lobby had boxes with new chairs stacked in a corner. Not sure if we will stay here again.

Was pleasantly surprised by how clean, quiet and well maintained this older property was. The staff was very helpful and courteous all the way from booking through check-out. We were truly impressed and will look forward to staying there again.

This motel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is one of the best you can get at a motel. This is our favorite place to stay in Lebanon. There is also an indoor pool. The only complaint I would have is the water pressure is not good.

I've never been to this location before so when I arrived here, I wasn't too disappointed. It was a little older with quaint decorations. The furniture in the room was modest and a little dated. I JUST WANT TO MAKE CLEAR THAT ALTHOUGH IT MAY HAVE BEEN DATED, IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND STAFF WAS NICE (SHOUT OUT TO DIANA, FRONT CLERK). They have a pool which my son was happy with. I did notice they have to fix the ladders on the deep end. I also was able to use the gym. It had a tv in there which was great. They had a washer and dryer for guest use. Breakfast was good as well. No elevator for second floor level. Also, wifi was awesome in the room. There are restaurants hundreds of feet away. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 was because there were some things that looked really old and either needed to be painted or just remodeled.

Our room was clean, towels and toilet articles adequate. The Staff was friendly and interested in our welfare. Breakfast was very acceptable and I felt the motel is in a safe area of Lebanon. We have stayed here now 3 times and would gladly stay again..

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Lebanon, Indiana. Since there was no elevator available, I was glad I had a small amount of luggage to drag up the stairs. Upon entering my room I found the bedspreads where extremely wrinkled but most disturbing was the brown suspicious susbstance on the edge of one of the bedspreads. The wifi service would kick me off about every 30-60 seconds which made it impossible to work in my room. The TV followed a similar pattern, losing the picture just as often. The final straw for me was stepping on a toenail clipping(not my own)on the bathroom floor the second evening of my stay after I had put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door while gone for the day. I would NOT recommend this hotel for a pleasant or comfortable stay.

Dirty Toilets, Blood stain on bedspread, broken window screen, dirty chairs, dirty bathtub, dust all over, moldy smells, rude front desk. Checked out 1 hour after checking in. Will never stay at another Choice Hotel. This place is a dive. We had 2 rooms reserved and most of these issues pertained to both rooms as well.

Arrived early in the morning (1am). Secured several rooms. Front desk clerk very unkept. Rooms were dirty. Top sheet (on full display) was a blood stain. Pool closed until further notice. Breakfast was bottom of the road. Eggs were dried out and sausage was not fully cooked. Chairs stained in "Breakfast" area. Bottom line, not a great place to stay.

The hotel was clean and appeared well-managed. I'd stay here again. No hotel is going to get five stars from me that has toilets evidently designed for female dwarves, as this one and most seem to have these days.
