The vending machines were empty, and the room wasn’t very clean. At all. I’m sure they didn’t change the sheets on the beds. Considering when I got there there was hair all over one of the beds. And there were dried blood stains on the comforter and stains visible on the sheets.
Staff was excellent. Efficient. Friendly. Clean. Everything worked. Breakfast was a nice perk. Affordable.

The room we stayed in had recently been renovated and was very nice.
We spent 3 nights at the Comfort Inn. We had no complaints. We had a minor problem with a shower curtain, and the management rectified the situation immediately.
It was a nice halfway point between columbus and chicago. The price was good and right near the highway for easy travel. The breakfast was decent adn the staff was nice. I would stay here again nnext time I am driving through.
Apparently some lights are on either timers or motion sensors and they went out while in the shower, rather disconcerting. Food served for breakfast was poor quality. Asked for receipt at check out and they said I had to get it from the 3rd party I booked through, never had that happen before plus, when checking in they required that I let them make a copy of my drivers lic. Never had that happen before. We stayed here as it was the closest we could get for a Purdue football game. That will teach me to book earlier.
the hotel was good but extremely difficult to get too and find. there were 3 exits and maps were not helpful.
