Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home that can sleep 12. No matter the reason for your stop in Indy, we are sure this is the perfect place to stay! Located in a quiet residential area, but just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Our home has easy access to Interstates 65 and 465 making it a quick 20-minute drive to just about everywhere you would want to go: Downtown, Indianapolis Airport, Indianapolis Zoo, Lucas Oil Stadium, White River State Park, and more! Fully fenced backyard and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find yourself in the living room. This room has two couches (one of them a sofa bed) and a large SmartTV. Through the living room is the eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen. In here you will find a small dining table with two chairs, an oven, stove, refrigerator, cookware, and dinnerware. On the other side of the kitchen, take two small stairs into the dining room. This room is generously sized and has a farm table that can easily seat six. The laundry room is also located just off the kitchen.
All three bedrooms and the bathrooms are down the hallway on the left side of the living room. The first bedroom has a full bed and twin over twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and large SmartTV. The last bedroom is the master. This bedroom has a king bed, full bed, and attached half bathroom. The full bathroom in the hallway has a shower/tub combination and has easy access to all guests.
Out back, the fully fenced yard has a small patio, picnic table, and charcoal grill.

***There are two stairs to get from the kitchen to the dining room. There are also 1-2 inch step offs between the hallway, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms for those who have accessibility concerns.***

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located on the southeast side of Indianapolis in a quiet residential area.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
