Staff was alright. Hotel rooms were very clean but dated

The location was perfect, easy to get to our destination. Room had old age odor, carpet was stained, bathroom ceiling was patched. Bed was best part of room!!

carpet is dirty, room is musty and bed is sagging. we have backache all night long. opening the window doesn't help. our second night had no soap or shampoo and soap replenishment. this is not the LaQuinta we used lodge in. Need updates.

Motel was clean and staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely stay at this motel in the future

The hotel was the lowest grade I would stay in. Clean but very old. The rooms were small.

Only thing wrong was that the TV wasn't working. Since we arrived after midnight, not a serious problem.

With the Library restaurant across the street and inexpensive airport parking, you can't beat it!

It would appear that more emphasis has been placed on making the lobby and common areas appealing than the comfort and quality of the rooms. The main hallway carpets are stained and look like they survived a flood. With the number of electronics a business traveler has, the lack of power outlets in the room is ridiculously outdated. I had to unplug a lamp to plug in a phone charger. Upon reaching behind the end table, the dirt and dust was so old it could qualify as sentient life. A nearby hotel-exit door slammed so heavy that people leaving at 3am shook the walls, waking me twice.

The hotel was ok. The van used for the free airport shuttle, was unmarked, just a paper taped to the window/windshield. The gentleman at the front desk was nice at both check in and check out. The room was "clean". It had the appearance of having recently been cleaned, but the overall condition of the hotel, gave the room a sense of being "rundown". Since I was only staying one night, it was sufficient. I doubt I would stay at this location again.

Since we didn't spend much time in the hotel room it was ok. One note, our room keys would lose access to our room if we used them on an outside door to get in. Very odd, and we did have to get them reset everyday. We ended up with 6 card keys at one point. Halls smelled musty and the free breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The staff was the redeaming quality of the the stay, more than willing to help with all of the issues we were having.

The most positive thing I can note is that the hotel has a shuttle to the airport. The driver could have been more polite. It should be noted that the stairs can be a challenge for guests. Overall, it just looks worn out and in need of an upgrade in decor.

Very bad service, never cleaned the room until we asked and then we had to ask for towels and wait 4 hours to get them.

Everything was ok. Except for breakfast very limited choise and eggs were very cold. Also a lot of noise during the night. Over all was good.

We were travelling to Branson and needed a place to lay over for the night. Convenient, comfortable, good value...

This hotel is not strong on equipment maintenance. I had a long flight that arrived 2 hours late into Indianapolis and arrived at the hotel well after midnight with a 730am breakfast meeting scheduled. It took forever to check in because of some problem with their reservations system. My room had to be accessed through an external door and my room keys didn't work. It was so long to the end of the hotel I had to drive back to the front. They redid the cards and sent me out again. They didn't work a second time. By now it is approaching 1am and I don't have much time for this nonsense. I drive halfway the length of the hotel and try another door and my keys work. It is the reader on the outside door that doesn't work. When I inform the staff of this in the morning they acknowledge it doesn't work, yet they sent me there anyway. Since my night has been so short it's the same staff that helped me when I checked in. Despite this very negative experience the room was OK and the value was good.

needed a place to sleep while passing through. Nice, clean, comfortable and a GREAT value.

We didn't get to enjoy all the hotel had to offer since we had to leave so early so that my wife could catch a flight but what we did experience was good.

nice hotel close to our deatination
