The next door neighbors were very loud into the night, past 2am. That really made it hard for us to rest.
This stay was bad before I even checked in. Upon arriving to the property, I was told by front desk staff I didn’t have an existing reservation. I asked to show them my confirmation code and she said “I can see right here” and you don’t have a reservation. She suggested that I had been moved to another location. I called my booking agent, and confirmed my reservation. After two hours, the hotel “found me” in their system. When we got to our room, the ceiling was falling onto the bed in pieces. There was no smoke detector. Every time we left the keys deactivated (never by a phone) and the staff acted annoyed even though I witnessed many others with the same issue. The lobby was a steady 79 degrees. Overall not a good place and wouldn’t stay again.

When traveling you don’t know what time you will arrive at a property I was told I was a good 7 minutes early before I could check in! Never has this happened anywhere I don’t know if it’s. BW policy or the hotel policy. And after I arrived back to the property after my event at around midnight the front door wasn’t locked guess security isn’t an issue? But the hallway to my room smelled of marijuana badly I thought it was a non-smoking facility? Then at about 2am knocks started on my door I looked through peep hole and he stared sorry must be wrong room then it happened again later and their was an adjoining room and knocks started on that door also. I did not call the desk because frankly when I check in they acted as if I was bothering them!
Very clean, great customer service, and great location. I will stay there again.
What I expected
Passing through town on a long road trip and stopped here so my 12 year old son could race some of the awesome indoor kart tracks. Convenient location and good property.
I didn't get into town until 4am but it was a smooth checkin. No problems everyone was friendly and pleasant.
Main hall carpet too rooms was very stained and dirty.
Surrounding area didn’t have much to offer, but this also led a quiet setting. We were impressed with how nice the lobby and rooms were finished and breakfast was top notch.
