The service was great, the check in was pleasant and even with technical problems with the card system the attendant went over and above her job duties. She was extremely accommodating and welcoming! Our room however was tiny and not even close to what we expected. For what we paid there were so many more options that we could have gone with. I went with this location because of the breakfast but should have paid $20 more for a considerably more comfortable stay somewhere else. Especially because the window of time for breakfast was super early, ending at 10 am. I woke up all night from the old and noisy heater/ac. The place is just plain old and there wasn't anything particularly wrong except they advertise accommodations that don't actually exists. I mistook the bathroom for a closet initially as did someone else. The workout facility is a small box with a few pieces of equipment inside. I can only imagine the pool. The room was just horribly small and the beds were double full (not queen). I would not have stayed more than 1 day for anything. Far too uncomfortable for the number of people in our party which should have been fine according to the description. Again, had the price point been considerably lower I would have at least felt like, for this price sure but absolutely not for what we paid. Will not be staying there again, could only recommend for 1 adult with perhaps small children in tow, at least you won't lose them in the space.

Doesn't scream class, but once you check-in class is apparent. The check-in clerk was friendly, funny, and efficient. Room was clean and everything one needs was there....coffee maker; TV, refrigerator; comfortable beds; small, but nice bathroom; and Wi-Fi! Free Wi-Fi too throughout the hotel. Nice free breakfast next morning, and an equally friendly, funny, and efficient checkout clerk. Not the Ritz, but not the price either. We will stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay in Indianapolis.

The service was good, room was clean and it was nice to have a free hot meal for dinner as well as breakfast, although the pasta was not good.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. The rooms are a little small, but was clean and modern. Great breakfast too.

We only stayed one night, so I am not sure I can give a complete report, but check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. The lobby had a nice layout. We did not try the continental breakfast; I wanted to, but my wife pulled me out the door en route to Jason's Deli down the road. I liked the location because it was near a lot of nice restaurants. We enjoyed the Rock Bottom brewery. It was a great place to stay before hitting the Klipsch Center for a concert -- we took the back roads and were in the parking lot in a flash.

Booked the hotel for a business trip, one of the three holtels a customer suggested. Will stay their again. For the price you cannot beat it. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sean at the front desk on 4/21/12 was friendly and went out of his way to give me advice about how to save money when booking my next stay at Drury. Awesome!

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The happy hour from 5:30-7:00p with a variety of food and a full bar is excellent! However, it is right off of a busy street with no sidewalks. It is hard to get away from the hotel without a vehicle. But overall a nice place to stay when you have to be in Indy for work.

The staff was very personable and accomodating. The facility was excellent for the price.

The Hotel was recently remodeled and it was very nice. the breakfast and evening meals were very nice. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed at the hotel the night before a relative had surgery. Most of our time was spent at the hospital. We were only there to sleep and to have breakfast. The breakfast was varied and good and the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend the hotel.

From the complimentary evening snack time -- read "enough to serve as dinner! -- which was going on when we checked in to the comfortable beds, clean rooms, and awesome free breakfast before we left, this was a great stay. The staff members we met were extremely friendly, eager to help and polite.

Very relaxing and the kids could swim most of the day. The food was great and the popcorn and pop was the bomb. That was the kids highlight of the stay.

Staff was great. Breakfast and Kickback were amazing.

We stayed overnight at the Drury Inn in Indianapolis on our way to Wisconsin. We found the hotel very comfortable. Although we arrived too late to partake of the evening food, I did take advantage of the popcorn and soda offered through 10 pm. The morning breakfast was fine.

We were expected at check-in and given great information. The suggestions for parking and elevator access were completely accurate. The room itself was nice and cool when we arrived, and we found the furnishings tastefully comfortable. Bed quality was not quite as nice as Four Seasons, but . . . . for well under 1/4 of the Four Seasons price, it was great. We didn't expect evening snacks or hot breakfast when we made the reservation, but found both, and enjoyed them.

This is a hidden jewel. They offer complimentary breakfast, food and popcorn in the evening and even free drinks. All this for a very cheap rate! I would recommend it.

Nice, clean hotel. Very pleased.

Warm food and soda was fabulous. Was described as a snack but I thought it was more of a light meal. They also gave us a card for 3 FREE ALCOHOLIC drinks. While the drinks were small, free is free. The only thing I would complain about was the cable service in the rooms. All of the rooms have this bag flat panel TV but all of the channels were analog. Didn't make sense to me.

We liked the experience from the greeting at the front desk. Nice clean room and a nice breakfest. We will be staying there on our nest overnight to Indianapolis.
