staff was great, room was ok. Will be staying again on the 28thFr

O.K. for an overnight stay. Room was dated, but functional.

Left early got refund for last day. Should not have had to pay at all. Took pictures of filthy carpet bathtub and broken leg on desk

We booked this room as a halfway point on a long road trip with me and two of my kids. When we walked into the room, the only light that worked was in the bathroom area. The curtains were falling off of the rod and wouldn't stay closed, and the carpet was very dirty between the beds and the walls. I went back to the office for something and mentioned that the lights didn't work - the clerk offered to switch us to a different room but at that point I was too tired to deal with it. Later we discovered that the lights were just all unplugged - how housekeeping didn't realize this when they cleaned the room was beyond me. The pillows were flat - thankfully I could use both of them on my bed in order to get comfortable. But, it was only for one night and all we wanted to do was sleep - which we did.

Met basic need. Curtains didn't close completely. ...ended up using hair clips to keep fully closed. ....window is passed by others. No elevator. Only ice machine in front lobby.

We girls needed to get away from home and just kickback. We dined out, walked around in the stores and left behind our worries. Days Inn was great! Easy check in; minimal noise; great location to foods and shopping. We will stay again.

I needed a cheap place close to the airport. The Days Inn Plainfield is close and the price was right. The both staff members that I interacted with were fine. The heater was quite noisy and the bottom sheet kept trying to come off the bed. But it was OK.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no in room fridge or microwave like the description said. Good location right off I-70. It sufficed for an 8hr stay overnight, but any longer stay I would look elsewhere.

Was a good hotel for the price. Room smelled really musty when I first got there . But after flaming to the manager he said they had shampooed the carpets and it was probably bc the room was closed up ! Other then that bed was comfortable and area was quiet! I slept great.

The hotel was fairly clean. There was a lot of construction going on with sketchy looking individuals. They appeared drunk on the job. The window curtains were held up by shoe laces to keep them from falling down and were half on the track until I put the hooks back on. I liked the fact that the TV had an HDMI port do I can plug in my laptop to watch movies. It took a long time to get hot water in the shower. If they didn't have the weird construction group and I didn't feel like the curtains would fall down I would stay again if it was a bit cheaper. The breakfast they offered in the morning was the worse I have ever had. The biscuits for the gravy were bricks and super dry.

Had to kill flies in the room when we arrived. Smelled of smoke. Towels and sheets were yellow. $90 for a $49 room.

The gal at the front was super nice and very helpful. Our room was on the 2nd floor and I asked if we could be moved to the 1st floor since I have knee issues. At first she couldn't find one but the she moved some other reservations and provided us with a room on the first floor.

Easy to locate, good directions provided online. Staff knowledgeable and very courteous. Room was large enough, mattress had obviously seen better days, curved shower rod not properly installed and sagging due to improper installation, lavy sink slow to drain, but otherwise, no major complaints. For the money it is a good value. Some have complained about road noise...so, pay more and stay somewhere else...I was happy to stay there.

1st room nearly passed out from the smoke smell. The replaced room the smell wasn't there. All the walls sure could be redone a/c holes, plastor/paint ran down in the bath room, wall paper coming off in places. Some furniture you could tell it's been treated very ruff. Breakfast was the pits, ate at a l;ocal resterant the second morning. So the bottom line - will only stay at their hotels if stranded and that's the only place available in severe cold weather.

The bathroom was clean, so the housekeeping staff is doing their job; but room 208 needs serious maintenance attention. Curtain hanging off broken curtain rod, room in serious need of painting. Very heavy smoke smell, even though it's supposed to be a non smoking. If fans don't clear the smell, perhaps carpet needs to be replaced. Location: airport 10 minutes-straight shot.

Basic hotel. Convenient to restaurants. Breakfast is better at the McDonalds next door!

Was exactly what was needed for a great price.Quick easy check-in/out.Room was very clean.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. My room had bed bugs. I have bug bites on my face, arms and legs.

Good room for the price. Not very big, carpets were pretty dirty, but a good room for the price. Hotel located very close (walking distance) to fast food and gas stations.

I live an hour away from my job and with the bad weather that was due to come in, it was a conveneint place for me to be and still get to work.
