Staff was great! Hotel just needs some upgrades. Was definitely not the worst place i could have gotten and on a positive note they had better wifi than most hotels.

Fitness center was a joke, cramped with old & non-functioning machines. Vending machines had no water. Room not clean.

Bed was not comfortable and the room smelled bad. The front desk staff were friendly.

We had easy check in and the desk staff member was kind. Check out was a breeze. The building and room was clean yet shabby. The free breakfast bar had minimal choices: 2 kinds of cereal, pre-made omelets (pretty terrible), bagels with plain cream cheese, apples, and fresh waffles with syrup and butter (by far the best choice). It was safe and there were restaurants, Costco, and Wal-mart close. Certainly not 4-star... probably 2.5.

fine. staff was professional. furniture and plumbing fixtures appeared to be somewhat old. for low price, it was comfortable enough. not a 5 star hotel but totally fine for a short stay.

I had stayed here many times in the past. The hotel was very disappointing! There was a roach in my room, and my friend that stayed there because I recommended, found a bedbug(. The staff was in line to make waffles during the time when guests were trying to eat, and let me tell you, at 9 am the food was put away! I will never stay there again, and I am not a complainer!

I have been going to MotoGP for some years now so I've stayed at a variety of hotels in the area. Unfortunately, when I went to book a hotel it was too late and most places were full. So we stayed here. This one was by far the worst I've been in. First, the room was dirty, everything seemed pretty dirty. Even the washcloth in the bathroom was dirty, as was the bathtub. The beds were super old, very squeaky, not at all comfortable. Blankets/pillows were super old and not comfortable either. The surrounding people were loud (not hotels fault) but the walls/doors are so thin you can hear entire conversations. The breakfast was below average (bagels, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, bagels, waffle maker, yogurt and some apples...coffee tasted terrible). Pool area does not have a jacuzzi. The advantages: Cheap especially if your just looking for a place to crash for a night or two. There is a frig and microwave in the room. Staff is friendly. Close to places to eat. And close to Hwy 465. If your not particular about things like my hubby and I tend to be, its a decent place to stay for the price.

We were in town for the Indiana State Fair and needed a fairly priced hotel just to shower and sleep in. The entire building is very outdated and run down. Breakfast was very minimal so we only ate there one day. When we needed more towels, they were out. The bathroom area was very small. I wouldn't have touched foot in the pool. If you aren't too picky and the price is right it's a clean place to stay but I wish I would have spent a little more money and had a nicer looking hotel.

After a 15 hour drive we arrived at the hotel exhausted. We arrived much earlier than check and time and then staff was wonderful accommodating us, getting us checked in and into our rooms early. After reading other reviews, I was fearful of what we would find once we entered our rooms. We were very happy to find our room and clean with a pleasant smell. We never encountered anything other than a clean environment during our visit. Will be booking here again for our yearly trip to Indy.

Comfortable, but not updated. Good value for the money.

The review was good there was a pool and the room was quiet and company

My husband and I were traveling to Wisconsin and decided to stop in Indianapolis for the night. I made a quick resvervation online. When we got to the hotel the staff was super friendly and we quickly were off to our room. The room was clean, no smell, but definitely could benefit from some updating (especially flooring). The bed was sleepable but not the most comfortable and my hubby woke with a crick in his neck. Breakfast was ok but lacking a bit (bagels and no cream cheese, on lets premise in a Baggie you heat yourself, cereal, waffle batter to make you own waffle but it was gone at 8:15). All in all, it was a clean, safe place and I would stay there if I had to, but Only becaus I know nothing about the area.

The hotel is conveniently located off the expressway. It is clean and the staff is helpful. However, the furnishings are old. I had a hard time getting the dresser drawers to close properly. The carpet had a few sections where it was wearing out. With some updates to the rooms, this hotel can be great.

would rate 5/5 on location with the costco store next to it. otherwise the hotel was good, looked new. rooms we ok, beds were very small and a littel uncomfortable.

This hotel is pretty very busy but it's closer to everything that we needed.. :-)

I actually thought it was pretty nice considering the price. Full continental breakfast, very friendly staff, and a great location. You can also use your key card to shop at the Costco next door. The indoor pool wasn't anything spectacular but it was still a pool. The workout facilities consisted of a bike, treadmill, and a multipurpose weight machine. So not great but what do you expect? The hotel felt like it was a little old but the room was just fine. Everything was clean and you get a microwave, mini-fridge with freezer, and a coffee maker. So overall no complaints. Would stay again.

In town for a family function with the wife, very affordable, good location, rooms are pretty clean

Good. Didn't know there was a pool. They put breakfast away early Saturday but we got to eat.

When we entered our room, we were blown away by the stench of cigarette smoke. Although the staff tried to upgrade us to a new, bigger room, the bathtub was stained and did not appear very clean. We didn't want to take our shoes off. We couldn't get comfortable enough to sit, let alone sleep. We didn't stay; we left and went to another hotel. I am disappointed that I can't find a way to contact someone about making a complaint. I don't feel I should be charged for a two night stay when we didn't even stay one night.

Nothing fancy, served it's purpose, friendly staff
