Room clean but carpet sticky and generally old paint and dark feeling

This seems like a perfectly serviceable, bland hotel. What sets it apart from the pack is (a) incesssant highway noise from 465--apparently the windows aren't at all designed for soundproofing, and (b) terrible housekeeping. We came back for our second night to find that morning's washclothes still balled up in the tub, no bathmat, and fewer towels than the night before. And the hot water takes forever to get started. There are lots of other perfectly serviceable, bland hotels around the airport--go to one of them instead.

Everyone responded cheerfully to every inquiry. Staff drivers especially eager to help. The location is isolated, with nowhere really within walking distance. I wanted a drink and had to be driven to a bar 15 minutes down a highway, then phone for a lift back. But as an overnight place to rest on a long journey, the attentive staff and very good breakfast self-serve fit the bill.

Everything was fine except breakfast bar. Out of six mornings we had bacon or sausage one time. We want bacon and sausage for breakfast. Very disappointed

Good solid basic hotel. Remodel was in progress while there, so overall appearance of common areas looks to improve. Staff was attentive to our room and at the breakfast bar. Good variety of food at breakfast, with main dish varying each day. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel had plenty of business, which is a good sign. Not highly impressive, but a good, solid place to stay.

Great little room , little weird that they have 3 pillows on each bed . Everything was unplug and tv remote battery was corroded so didn't work, had to manually turn on the tv and change the channel. Overall the hotel was good

After a day of work and travel the accommodations were greater

I was staying in town for a convention, which was downtown. It was very easy for me to get to the highway to commute. I did have an issue with the ice machine, which was quickly remedied by the staff.

stranded near the airport, and this hotel offered a great rate and a shuttle. All personnel were very helpful with my broken leg and limited mobility. Free breakfast was good and well stocked. I would stay there again.

Hotel was close, clean, and comfortable. They had fresh cookies and apples out in the evening. Though we left too early for the free breakfast they provided breakfast bags for us and others. Well done.

Three cheers for shuttle driver Alvin. He made sure we got to our destination on time and displayed excellent customer service. We noticed that he did several other things around the hotel to make our stay enjoyable good job.

We love Country Inn & Suites. Staff was very friendly. The warm cookies in the evening were just the right touch to finish out a long evening along with coffee or hot chocolate. Beds were so comfortable and the pillows were like magic and lulled me to sleep in just a few minutes. And breakfast in the morning? Yes they had that too. What more could anyone ask for! Its was a perfect night's stay!!!! Thank you Country Inn & Suites!!!

I was only there for one very short night but everything was clean nice and breakfast was good.

Staff very friendly. Room was clean and in the front of the hotel. NO interstate noise

For what I paid, I expected a quiet room. We were on the first floor. The walls actually make a creaking noise when people used the nearby stairs. We had noises from the parking area door all night long. The wall were so thin you could hear people simply talking in the next room. Hey, I paid half the price for a dive in Newport, KY, it was much better...no noise, good beds, balcony.

Was very close to airport. Has pool and hot-tub open til midnight! Decent breakfast every morning. Only complaint is the mattress was too hard.

Next to Interstate - very noisy - day & night Head boards very dusty - left note for housekeepers Beds seem to be angled down to head boards Plus side - room spacious

The hotel is pretty nice, breakfast was good, beds were comfy, etc. However, we booked the hotel because it had an airport shuttle but ended up taking a $20 taxi ride to get to the hotel anyway as the shuttle stops running at midnight...not fun with a tired 4-year old. Staff was apologetic and nice.

Very clean, friendly and comfortable....close to the airport

It was perfect for my stay. Quiet & conveniently located right off the exit. You could see it from the expressway. The staff were friendly & efficient with check-in and check-out
