Staff never informed us about poor conditions. Toilet could not flush and leaked. Told staff and gave us plunger but no plumber was offered. Room stunk. Shower had no rim so water went everywhere. Staff was told of issues yet never made any arrangements to switch room until we spoke to manager who was adamant that he was not aware of toilet issues. My husband got sick from odor from toilet. He had to rest in bed and the 3rd night we had no fresh linens until I told front staff. Feel you really really should not rent these rooms during renovation. They are unsafe and not acceptable. Staff other than manager were embarrassed and willing to help. Have stayed at many Ciuntry Inns but this experience has tainted us forever. You have lost us as guests.

Place is dirty. Everywhere you look. You don't have to be a high end hotel to be clean. Seriously, the whole place is filthy. BLACK air registers. Holes in the ceilings. No attention to details by the owner or staff.

Needs some updating, but rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Complementary breakfast was OK , nothing great. I have had better. Overall it was pretty good.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Bathtub drained slowly, when I brought it to their attention in the morning, they put it on their to do list.

The hotel was located in a nice place for us. The beds were ok. However, the hide-a-bed couch was like sleeping on a set of box springs with no mattress. The toilet would not flush correctly. We talked with the hotel about it and they were going to move us to the room next to us. When we opened the door to that room, a NON SMOKING ROOM, the beds were unmade, food on the table, and it smelled terrible. I returned to the front desk, told them we were not moving, just to give me a plunger and I would work on the toilet myself to try to unstop it. There were no maintenance personnel on duty. I managed to get it working a little better. Not my ideal stay.

Everything was pretty good... A smidge out dated but overall great value for the price!

Staff was friendly check in and out easy. Room was clean. Easy parking. Off highway easy to get to anyplace in Indianapolis. Felt safe. Hotel is showing some age. Not awful, just OK. Breakfast area is small and a little below average. Again not awful, but have low expectations. Internet didn't work. No HD TV. The place is OK. A modest little hotel with friendly staff who seem to work hard to make an older, slightly worn, hotel feel comfortable. Would not be my first choice in area but it was OK

This hotel is a great value for the money. You'll get what you expect but it's relatively clean, the staff gets the job done, and the location is good. If you're spending anytime downtown an Uber isn't hard to come by and it shouldn't be too expensive in off-peak times.

Good food and close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and attractive

I stayed there for GenCon. They have a great porch for smokers like me with rocking chairs. The beds were very comfortable with great soft pillows - not the rocks in pillowcases I have had elsewhere. The breakfast was fantastic. The only weak spot was the coffee maker in the room. Upon arrival it still had old grounds in it and the pot had old coffee in it. We brought it to the front desk and were given a new carafe. However, after making coffee the pot wasn't cleaned for the following three days we were there. However, that was the only weak spot in a place that was fully booked for GenCon. I recommend the place for anyone looking for close to Indy stay.

I stayed here for a Chive party at the Mucky Duck so I could not have had a better location. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and the comforter was incredible! I would stay here again for sure.

Motel was fine. When I placed my order with online site it was approximately $102 for the motel. Upon receiving my receipt from the motel, it was for a little over $70. Does this mean that I paid $30 4 weeks to book my room? If so, this will be the last time I ever plan something through online site.

Hotel needs some serious updating. Hot tub cold. Room heater not working, although they did upgrade us to a suite due to heat not working. Made it a little better. Too expensive for what you get!

Traveled for a meeting. Staff was very helpful especially when we requested a room change (wanted a "suite" style room. Lamp missing a light bulb. One TV remote did not work -- probably needed new batteries. Furniture was clean but worn.

room was clean staff was good but kept awake all night with people in room above us runing and jumping and just making noise all night

Orbitz listed as allowing dogs, but they don't!

The Hotel was really clean and the staff was very nice
