Hotel was under construction but still clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel was under construction, including waking us up while they were working. No elevator was annoying. The room had a faint odor that we had to get used to. Overall it served its purpose and was cheaper than the hotels in downtown. Driving through what appeared as a bad part of town wasn't fun. We had a rock thrown at our rental car window on the way back to the hotel. To even get to the hotel you had to take a back road past a trailer park. Overall, this was not worth the price. Next time I will just stay in a Motel 6, since I expect this from them. This would have been understandable if the rate was a third that it was.

I certainly wasn't impressed with my stay, and I will not stay here again. It was far too expensive for the quality. The hotel is currently being renovated. They do not have an elevator. The stairs to the second floor were absolutely filthy. The soda machine on the second floor was out of order. The lighting in the room was less than desirable. One main point that made me book the hotel was the fact that they had a gym and a hot breakfast. The gym is not located in the hotel. Hotel guests are granted access to the 24 hour gym ~10 minutes away which is extremely inconvenient. The hot breakfast could have been better. The coffee was atrocious. They had waffles (a plus), but when I asked for sugar free syrup, I was handed a packet of artificial sweetener. Butter was not available. Fresh fruit was not available.

After a long day of driving most people just want to relax when they come off the road. Upon checking in, I was met with a friendly staff but some what unorganized. The facility it's self was worn down, appeared to have a few "updates" in the room, but we were just ready to just get some rest. The sheets on the bed were a little rough and the beds were rock hard but we managed. We woke up the next day ready for our next leg of the trip, and found there was NO HOT WATER ! I was thoroughly disappointed as for obvious reason I wanted to get cleaned up before heading back on the road. When I checked out, I mentioned, the issue with the hot water, and front desk clerk in a sacastic tone said "we know, it's getting fixed, sorry." As I'm sure I was not the only disappointed customer. However, that was not the only issue from our brief stay, around 6:30 am I hear vacuuming outside my room door. They were steam cleaning the hallway carpets, at that point I just made the decision to just leave. Don't waste your time or money on this establishment.

This was a awful hotel! The gentleman working up front was rude and wouldn't give me and my friend a refund. We didn't feel safe to stay there with our children. There was construction going on and the hotel looked shady. The pictures didn't match what was on reservation websites for hotels. Very misleading and scary!!! We had to stay some where else and we lost the money from this hotel.

Hotel was nice especially with breakfast. Just won't let you check in earlier than 3 when the room is available earlier. Came off a 14hr drive and they wouldn't let me check in early without paying extra money. Also, they need bigger pillows on the bed. The pillows in the room are small and take 4 to make a regular size pillow. Other than that the hotel was nice.

For the price it was very good. The only weird thing was the driveway.

Upon arrival, I discovered hotel ownership had recently changed from Best Western to Comfort Stay Inn. The room had odor issues, the breakfast was non-existent and the coffee maker in the lobby was broken! My queen bed was lopsided!

The hotel was dirty and the bathtub was broken and it looked like mold on the floor. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have asked for my money back and went somewhere else.

Hotel was nice. Clean room. Staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in a little early.

Great price and location. Clean rooms and staff excellent

The employees were very friendly. The lobby looked inviting. Then I went to my room and it smelled like mold, kind of musty and humid. I cranked the AC and figured it would be ok by the time we got back later that night. At 12:30am after an extremely long/hard day, we came in, and it was still humid and musty. Whatever. We were tired, decided to just sleep there anyway. There was a fridge in the room, which was nice to have. The room was small, but that's ok. It looked like an old hotel they had renovated, which is fine. As long as it's clean. It seemed clean. Until the mouse ran out of the bathroom, stopped to look at me, then ran under the bed. I jumped onto the other bed and ran to the phone to call the front desk. The phone did not work. Silence. I was in my pajamas but I announced we were leaving. We packed within seconds and practically ran to the front desk. I asked for a room without a mouse and the understanding front desk clerk said they were completely booked. Figures. The state fair was in town as well as the drum corp show and people coming from Sturgis. Everybody in the entire country was in IN that night. And, to top it off, the clerk could not authorize a refund. So I sat in the lobby in my pajamas and looked for another hotel. There were none since everybody was in IN that night, so we decided to get in the car and keep trying while on the way east (home - 10 hr drive). Finally, someone found me a room in Connorsville (Woodridge Inn, very nice place, friendly people). They booked me and we drove until 2:30am to our room. Finally, a room without a mouse. I called the mouse hotel several times to try and get the manager but no one ever answered. No one even answered the phone for me to leave a message. It just rang. I finally gave up and called corporate. They started a case and said the manager would be calling me. I wasn't holding my breath. Sure enough, after two days, she hadn't called, so I called corporate again. I sent them a copy of my receipt and they said they would credit me. I'm still waiting.

Good value for our money. The front desk staff was very friendly. The hotel was not the nicest but it was clean. Breakfast selection was small. The kids has fun in the pool, but it was a little dirty. Overall a nice overnight stop on our way to our final destination.

We travel back to our home, stay one night at this hotel. It is better than we expected.

short stay but everything was very nice room better than expected

It was just for one night, but met all of my expectations. Good service.

no indoor pool. clean room with lots of space. breakfast was acceptable for the price. would recommend highly.

Black mold on the ceiling! Disappointed how Best Western handled the issue. Would not stay again.

It wasn't as close to the places we planned on going to as we thought but was comfortable an clean which is all we needed for our little trip.

Booked for traveling salesman, he likes to have microwave, fridge and good location near gym and clients. This hotel fit the bill well.
