The hotel is nice. The spa was excellent. I didn’t like that you are charged a daily resort fee and then an additional fee to park. Those two fees add 65 dollars per day to your bill.
I frequent this property several years ago, where it was considered a five star location. But traveling there this weekend. With my two grandchildren. I was quite disturbed that the elevators are very dark. We were stuck in one of them. It wouldn’t go to the lower level. The sand pool was extremely dirty. The whole property needs to be shut down and renovate it for $688 plus room service I will not be returning. The food was subpar just not worth that kind of money.
It is a nice property, with a beautiful spa. The pool area is large and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.
My family and had a great time well spent. The only that we wish was better is the food service. For the first night we waited for our food for an hour, not much is being supervised if everything is ok, or if your food has arrived. Same for the second night waited for our food for 40mins , and it wasnt as busy, we know its not much of the servers fault but not sure why food took foreverrrr to get to us. But aside from that. The pool service was amazing! Rooms were nice and clean, very kid friendly.

The hotel was beautiful. We loved the decor and vibe of our room. Breakfast was delicious. We loved that they had a fresh juice bar. We went for the Coachella Music Festival. They were a participating hotel with Coachella’s shuttle service & it made transportation so easy & convenient. We would stay there again.
Love the pool with the sand. Great for small kids.
