It was an ok place to stay. Plenty of parking. Wifi was easy to connect and the TV channel options were great. I also appreciated them calling after check-out to make sure we didn't accidentally leave anything in the room we didn't still want. The only thing is that even though I booked a nonsmoking room, cigarette smoke smell still wafted itself in my room somehow, which may have triggered allergies.
Nothing good everything bad and my room have bathroom broken and was no smoking room but my bed clothes was burn and they don't change no matter i request the tv was burnt too and i ask for move ro other room and they don't move the hotels is really bad
I used Orbitz app to book property as "closest hotel". The property was across the Potomac river with no bridge to access it. It was midnight and I called immediately to transfer to another Super 8 that was accessible. The hotel is so hard up for business they would not refund and said the reservation (that I just made at midnight) was "non refundable". I had to pay for two different Super 8 motels for the one night. Extremely BAD service.
The hotel was under construction nothing was said . They worked on the building all night long had to be at work at 6am the were slamming doors banging hammers and drills all night then on top of it they had my information wrong and mixed up with someone else and breakfast was shut down due to construction think I should have gotten a reduced price not knowing what I was going to be dealing with.
The hotel is run down and some windows boarded up. There was bums in front. Do not go here. Front desk staff extremely rude and a liar. No cars in the parking lot.
Not much to this hotel, especially since you are limited on where to stay in Indian Head. Dated hotel but the fridge and micro in the room were helpful. Front desk staff not the friendliest but not rude.
The breakfast was bare bones. Otherwise the hotel was clean, and the staff was courteous.
The hotel is very accessible on Indian Head Hwy, small and cozy.
