Incheon Airport Hotel Queen

3.0 out of 5.0

Very convenient and reasonable price for my 16 hour Inchon layover. Good restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

Really nice hotel - picked us up from the airport and dropped us back again. Upgraded us to a family suite, so we lived in luxury. Awesome stay. Great staff. Nothing to complain.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and reliable (they called my room to me to let me know that I needed to come down to catch my shuttle ride to the airport). Decor and is a little dated (very art deco) and the room fixtures did not all work. There was a "master" on-off light switch that didn't seem to do anything at all, so I eventually had to unscrew one of the light bulbs to get it to turn off at night. I also had to move the headboard to find an outlet close enough to the bed to plug in a cpap machine. Not as close to the airport as the listing would lead you to believe (it's a good 20 minutes away). The shuttle hours are limited so I wouldn't count on it to get you to the airport for an early flight (I think the runs were hourly starting at 7am). The area struck me as a little seedy, but I didn't feel unsafe walking to a restaurant for dinner (there are bunches of them within a few blocks).

Very comfortable and convenient! Hotel shuttle was very helpful. Clean, good amenities very nearby.

Great shuttle bus pick up!! Waiting for us at airport. We got an upgrade!! Beautiful room and amazing service. They even loaned us an adapter to charge a phone! Would definately stay again and reccomend!

This is my wife and my third stay. I recommend Hotel Queen to my friends and have found it very convenient for our trips to and through South Korea. We have learned to use the metro train from the airport (ticket machines are also in English) to the third stop (Unseo), get off and walk the three blocks to Hotel Queen. Easy and simple. When we don't go into Seoul, we eat in the area or take the metro back to the airport for a bigger selection of restaurants and fast foods. Beds are very comfortable for us. We have all the comforts we need and have learned the different places near by from the Lotte Mart department store, Dominoes Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Lotteria, Bene Cafe, etc. We use the hotel shuttle service back to the airport when we leave. We have always found the hotel staff very helpful and courteous.

Solo Business traveler, 12 hours layover Pro -Spacious -Quiet -Clean -Free airport transport, leaves every hour starting 6am -Bunch of food/convenient store within walking distance Cons -Bath tub seems old, did not use -No AC in Hall Way, lobby -Took a while for room AC to get cold

I stayed at the Queen Incheon Airport the night before my flight back to the States. It was a little difficult to find (there are a bunch of airport hotels in this little town) and it was nestled in between a couple of others. Check-in was quick and the staff member was nice. My friend and I got upgraded to a honeymoon suite (which is a weird name - there were two queen beds. What kind of honeymoon would that be?) which was kind of cool. However, the room itself was OLD and clearly hadn't been renovated in ages. The bathroom was up-to-date, however, which was good. I am allergic to dust and mold, and that turned out to be a very bad combination. I had a terrible allergic reaction from the condition of the room. I was able to get some medicine at the airport, but sitting through a 12 hour flight looking like you have a bad case of chicken pox is not an experience I would like to repeat. Shuttle to the airport was nice and the driver was friendly. As the other reviewers stated, there are tons of restaurants in the area, but they are ONLY Korean, so don't go looking around for a TGI Fridays. I had one of the best bbq meals of my whole trip at one of these restaurants, so don't be afraid to be adventurous. Overall, I wouldn't stay again only because of the dust and mold situation, but the staff was very nice.

All amenities were ok. No complaints. 5 to 10 minute walk to shopping and dining places. Convenient location.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend the night before we flew out of Incheon so that we could get to the airport quickly. Check-in time was 3pm, but we ended up getting there at noon. The extremely friendly man at the front desk let us check-in early for no extra charge, and even upgraded us to the honeymoon suite! The room itself was a bit outdated and the sheets were stained in some places (but not dirty, just old). The vaulted ceilings were a nice touch and there was a bathroom with a shower/steam room and a separate tub. The hotel provides toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush, cotton swabs, etc. No coin laundry available. The shuttle to the airport leaves every hour and the driver was very friendly. As far as food in the area, there are tons of Korean restaurants, but no western chains. It's good and cheap, but most of the places have menus exclusively in Korean and you might need to base your choice off of pictures. The hotel is located in the "airport town" next to the Unseo stop on AREX (airport railroad connecting Incheon and Gimpo airport to Seoul).

Nice Hotel clean the staff is very helpful and nice

I have stayed at the Queen Incheon hotel 3 times now and have been satisfied each time. They pick you up at the airport (call from the information desk) and the rooms are clean and functional. There are several good restaurants and convenience stores within a block of the hotel. A good value for an overnight stop between flights.

Upon arrival to Incheon Airport we called the hotel and they sent a driver to pick us up and we only waited about 10 minutes. The staff were very helpful and spoke great English. A few good traditional Korean restaurants right next door. One good Italian restaurant just a minute walk away. Subway stop very close and nice coffee shops. Quiet setting, not a lot of traffic and people.

I was very impressed with all aspects of the hotel as it was very reasonably priced. The staff were very helpful. It was also a great first impression of S. Korea.

The room was quite clean the the beds comfortable. Free Internet and they lent us power adaptors. Free shuttle to and from airport. There are many restaurants within blocks of the hotel and the rail line to the city center is two minutes away. Train was $3.60 to city center, was very clean and took 50 minutes. Breakfast was so-so, but we may have been tired from a long trip and used to the wonderful offerings from hotels in Vietnam. Staff was quite helpful answering our questions. I would definitely come back here in the future. Thanks.

Needed a hotel close to Incheon just for s quick stop over to Japan next day. Basic but clean hotel for areasonable price.

Staff was very friendly. room was clean and fairly quiet, but inable to control temperature of room. Skip breakfast buffet unless included in cost!
