This hotel have no elevator for travelers, you need to carry loggages climb the stairs to the room. Toilet and shower faucet all in a very small space, when first person finish shower then no one able to get into the space because the ground and toilet are very wet. The beds is under low ceiling attic you must crawling to the ladder to go down stairs. Outside the hotel also kind of cheerless.

Our family was transiting for a skiing trip and stayed overnight at Hotel Hue. The outside is a bit disappointing but the family room was perfect with 2 x nice beds, clean modern decor, a small kitchen, and clean batheroom. We purchased breakfast at the small market in the hotel and cleared out early. No problem and highly recommended for value focused travelers!

Overall our stay at Hotel Hue was a comfortable one. However; it is not situated in the nicest of areas and it was overpriced. Very close to Incheon Airport though, which is convenient. No lift which made it hard to carry baggage up the stairs. The room was spacious, clean and the free WiFi worked. The view from the sliding door was beautiful. However; underneath our bedroom window, there was a lot of rubbish. Also, the room was not cleaned for the full 3 days we were there. Which was disappointing. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. On the plus side, the hotel shuttle was always available and on time.

We stayed at Hue Hotel because we wanted to stay our first night in Korea on the airport island to enjoy the fantastic traditional seafood they're serving here. So we arrived with 3 huge suitcases and were picked up at the airport (the lady at the information desk called the hotel without problems). At arrival we were told that the hotel doesn't have any elevator. How can this be? An airport hotel, where most guests have luggage doesn't have an elevator??? We reached our split-floor room and were pretty much shocked about the bathroom. You might say it's a shower cabin with a sink and a toilet inside. So once you had a shower everything is wet. Maybe this is normal in Korea - but not for international travelers. The bed is upstairs and you have to climb very steep stairs. Since the light switch is downstairs you have to climb it in the dark. For us the accommodation was very, very basic, but at least clean. No, I wouldn't stay again at this hotel.

I booked this unpleasant accommodation thoroughly(a big mistake) trusting what the hotel website said and a blogger's positive review. It was a huge mistake. The reason is : 1. When I called the hotel and asked the receptionist, he said it will take only 5 minute to be picked up from the airport. It turned out we had to wait 30 minutes. Also the hotel website boasts it is only 5 minutes away from the airport but there is a series of construction. It took 15 minutes. Total 45 minutes. 2. I specifically mentioned we are family of five thus booking a family room. He said no problem accommodating 5. Upon entering the room, there were only 2 two twin beds. When I went to the reception downstairs, a very unhelpful grumpy old man was reluctant to help, absolutely not qualified to work in the service sector. He blamed the one who took my reservation order. I had to ask for an extra blanket multiple times while the receptionist played his phone right in front of me. When he carried the blankets(finally!) to the room, he coughed on it! Yuck! When I mentioned it he just gave me a dirty look which made me think he did it intentionally. 3. The bed upstairs (actually a piece of mattress) is located on the floor against a low guardrail which is nothing but flimsy iron bars. I could have fallen through the holes to downstairs and they claim this room is for family? I wonder how they passed the government safety inspection. 4. I suggest this accomodation drop 'hotel' in the name which gives travelers a wrong idea.

We thought we were going to a 4-star chain hotel, but ended up at the Hue (which is 2.5 or 3 star) and definitely not part of any chain, as a result of an error made by our travel agent. The room was very modern and interesting, a duplex with steep stairs and a sleeping loft, The bed was a bit hard, but comfortable, the service good and the location, fairly close to the airport, and just a 5 to 10 minute walk to a dozen restaurants each specializing in a different dish or two, is intriguing. If you want to get an idea of a real Korean hotel and real Korean dining while overnighting at the Inchon airport, this is a good place to try.

Very friendly service. Room was very nice, my wife and I loved the sleeping area on second floor. Nice sunrise but the window in my room is way to small. It was scary at night because it was so dark outside of the hotel.

We had a great one night stay at Hotel Hue. I chose this hotel as I am travelling with my 6 month old daughter, stroller and lots of luggage so I really fell for the lay out of these hotel rooms. And I was not mistaken, it was great to have two levels, and mattress on the floor so that the baby could sleep safe. The room standard is good for the price, although the bathroom in the room we had was a shower "coming out of the sink" meaning when we turned on the tap the shower started to run. The first time we did it we got a little unintended shower. So that wasnt amazing for us grown ups but great for the little one that could sit in the sink and have a little shower bath :) The amazing thing though was that although this was a budget hotel in terms of price, it had 5 star service! The pickup service is cheaper than a taxi to/from airport, they carry the luggage up to your room, and down if you request it, the superman receptionist who seemed to be there 24/7 was super helpful and professional, helped us beyond his duty and really made us feel special and looked after. We did however have great troubles finding the place, partly due to us having taken a taxi from Seoul and he couldnt find the place. My suggestion is, arrange for the hotel to pick you up. Great value, nice and easy. If not, make sure you print a map/load it onto your phone/gps. Or get a local driver who konws where it is (and its not the Hotel Hu which is close to the other hotels)

Great Location close enought to the Airport. Private Pick up and drop off to the airport.Friendly and helpful staff at any time during the stay. Amazing view from the room,Sunrise and Sunset.Close to the Beach for a nice relaxing walk. I will definitely use it again.

I stayed one night on 27 Nov 2012 in Hotel Hue Airport Hotel before I departed for Vladivostok the next morning. The name of the hotel was misleading as I thought it was within walking distance from the airport but it needed about 15 min to drive there. In order for me to get to the airport, I had to call the hotel for a driver to fetch me from the airport which costs KRW5000. The driver could not understand English which makes communication hard. Apart from the location, the manager spoke some English and was very helpful during my stay. He gave me a ride when I wanted to board the bus to Seoul and helped me to purchase the tickets. The room was comfortable and cosy. It had a loft where the beds were and it meant climbing the stairs which I was extra careful as it was rather steep. One advantage was that noise from below is minimized. For those who are transiting Seoul and would like some quiet from the airport or those who staying for a few days, I will recommend it as a good stay.
