The hotel was terrible old , dirty , everything was old from beds to sheets
Check-in: Asked for a late check-in and this was possible and confirmed. Very pleasant phone conversation with the team. Check-in was easy and took literally only a few minutes. Room: Got a bigger room due to late check-in. Good space and decor, lights potentially a bit dim but sufficient. Bathroom has a decent size and in OK shape. Some furniture was not in perfect condition but acceptable. Breakfast: THIS is where the Park Hotel scores. Amazing hot breakfast, full English. Pretty much the best breakfast offer you could imagine, really outstanding! Good staff too, very quick and helpful. Check-out: A breeze! Asked for directions for the bus and tube and they just knew everything. I recommend this place!
